Great location as it is next to the Tourism Office. Clean room and the bed was comfortable.

酒店就在火車站旁邊（步行三分鐘） 附近有小超市和餐廳 很方便 就是酒店相對簡樸 一應用品都要自備（有燒水壺 紙杯 毛巾 吹風機） 餐廳品種比較少 但乾淨衞生 總體而言還是不錯的

There are a lot of rooms, but only a small reception desk with one person available. There were 2 persons in front of me and it took 15 mins before I was checked in. The hotel clerk didn t explain anything. Rooms are big ,a bit worn out, and very noisy, all street and station noise comes in loud. Expect a wake up around 05:30. Big tv in room and wifi works well. Very basic breakfast, comparable with what you get at every Ibis… Instead of a Novotel, this indeed feels more like an Ibis with bigger rooms. I was not at all impressed and won’t visit this hotel again.

At check in the person accidentally took a payment of the room, However, we had pre paid. Rather than refund on the spot, I had to wait for international bank transfer… fine, a few days. Recieved an email a week later once I followed up three times ( to no response) sorry, accounts on annual leave, won’t be till September! It takes 3 weeks for a refund in 2025???

A chain hotel but with character and perfectly placed for exploring Tours. Parking on site is a huge advantage and it’s very close to the train station too. Staff were lovely and welcoming, especially Souad who helped us several times. Restaurant was very nice and relaxing place. Food was great. We’ll return next time we’re travelling there.

The hotel is squeezed between railway lines and a busy road. Rooms have double glazing but it doesn’t seem like it, it’s very noisy although quieter at night once traffic dies down. Rooms are a good size, clean and with comfortable beds. There’s a kettle, fridge and hairdryer but sadly no safe. Aircon was working but we had to leave it on permanently to keep the room a stable temperature, otherwise it couldn’t cope with cooling down a hot room. We were there for 4 nights, on the third night the water in the toilet wouldn’t stop running and it wouldn’t flush, this kept us awake. Then the bathroom door handle broke, trapping my husband in the bathroom, it took two of us to force it open. After this we were so awake we didn’t sleep again. No apology from the hotel but they did fix the problems. We then found out that there had been repeated plumbing issues on the second floor. Breakfast was quite good with fair amount of choice. I heard that the restaurant wasn’t much good for dinner and never seemed to be open but there’s plenty of places to go as it’s such a central location. Convenient for an overnight stay if you have an early train - you’ll probably hear it arrive!

Dreadful hotel ! My room was on the fifth floor and stifling hot.The hotel refused to put the air conditioning on or to provide a fan .I did ask everyday. I was overlooking the railway station so the noise with the windows open was horrendous! So I had very little sleep! In fact I had to take a cool shower every night at about 2 am! Other people asked to be moved to the other side of the hotel but that was overlooking a very busy road so was just as bad .My room wasn't cleaned very well - marks left around the sink and I had dropped a tablet under the dressing table - which could have been easily hoovered up but wasn't. The breakfast buffet was basic.It was not restocked very often and the tables were very slowly cleared. The service in the restaurant was very poor -people were waiting so long for their order to be taken they walked out! I can honestly say this was the worst four night stay I have ever had in a hotel anywhere in the world!

The Novotel at the central station is well located for walking around the town. The hotel itself was nice enough and the staff were pleasant and helpful. However, it seemed very strange that on both visits to the hotel I was given a voucher for a free drink in the hotel bar (perhaps because I'm enrolled in the Accor loyalty scheme) - but the bar is always shut at the weekend - so I could never use them. Also, 1 of the 2 hotel lifts was out of order - and it seems that it has been out of order for some time. This makes using the lift at busy times (i.e. breakfast) difficult. Finally - my double room was missing the 2nd set of bathrobe, slippers and towel - and the complimentary coffee pods hadn't been replaced after the previous guests - but the hotel was very busy and the hotel did look a bit understaffed. However - depending on the deal I could get - I would stay again.

Very poor hotel, definitely not 4 star. The hotel restaurant and bar do not open at weekends , even in peak summer months , which is ridiculous. As other reviewers mention, the air con doesn’t work , which means you need to open the windows . But being next to the railway station means you then are subject to the very loud train moves until late at night and again from 5am. I would never use this hotel again unfortunately, which is disappointing as the Novotel brand can usually be relied on .
