ここでの滞在は楽しかったです。主要鉄道駅までは徒歩 5 分ですが、主要なショッピング エリアまでは 10 ～ 15 分です。スタッフはとても親切で、個人的な問題があったときに助けてくれました。部屋は清潔で快適でしたが、狭いです (いつものことですが)。

在Strasbourg 的gallia 附近，距離tram站200米左右，距離大教堂步行10分鐘左右。比較方便 房間很乾凈，早飯比較典型的西式早餐 缺點就是充電口不是非常充足，或者在比較不好插電的地方

Nous avons été surclassé en chambre supérieur. chambre calme et spacieuse. Très bon petit déjeuner. Idéal pour découvrir Tours et les châteaux de la loire.

Il n'est pas très nouveau dehors maïs il est bien renouvelé d'intérieur surtout les chambres.

On our way to Spain we had a stop over here. Rooms with connecting doors for our kids, comfy bed, AC, parking provided (with a bit of maneuvering I squeezed our M Class in the slot) and a short walk to the Center at a very reasonable price. Value for money. Friendly front desk staff with good English.

Be careful with your belongings and ensure to lock everything up. I discovered my AirTag was missing after I had left the city. I tracked my AirTag to two addresses including the hotel (similar to a working pattern between a home and the hotel), advised reception accordingly and asked for help. Their "help" was to ask if anyone had seen the AirTag. Unsurprisingly, no one had. Someone had to search my bag to find it hence I am shocked at how little interest the hotel team have in helping me. I raised a formal complaint which hasn't been responded to. The hotel is in a quiet location close to the train station - just wish my stay hadn't been marred by the theft and lack of help from the hotel staff. Updated 21 August 2024 Three weeks later, the hotel manager has yet to respond to my email. My AirTag continues to travel from someone’s house to the hotel but apparently this isn’t enough to identify it as dishonest staff. My advice - stay here if you must but lock up all your belongings.

We stopped over for one night in Tours. Tours is lovely and has good restaurants and bars. We stayed at the Best Western - staff are great - really friendly and helpful. The hotel car park was full but they provided details of car parks a few minutes walk away. They also allowed us to store our bikes in their garage. Rooms are small but clean and it is an older hotel. We had a few drinks in the bar at the end of the evening - a good way to meet other travellers. Check out was swift.

The Hotel STOLE 11 pieces of clothing, 8 polo ralph lauren shirts and 3 tshirts i gave them for Laundry a the hotel , they agreed to pay me for my clothing but after i checked out they emailed saying i needed to file an insurance claim and go the police station to file a complaint, they are the worst thieves!! DONT EVER GO THERE, THEY STOLE MY 11 SHIRTS AND THEN SAID I NEEDED TO FILE CLAIM WITH MY INSURANCE!!! DONT EVER GO THERE!!!

Stayed one night at this hotel as part of a group. I understand that hotels in this region of France may not have air conditioning. However this place was supposed to have air conditioning. The air conditioning in two rooms was broken and the temperature in the rooms was 31c / 88f. That is not a temperature where people can sleep. The two couples with the broken A/C relocated to a different hotel. The AC in our room barely worked. The big problem was that is dripped all night,. The carpet was soaked by morning. The hotel staff was unable to assist with those problems.

My husband and I spent three days here on our recent trip. We chose this hotel for being close to the train station. Our room was relatively clean, we had some long dark hair in the shower. The air conditioning worked well enough. We enjoyed the laundromat and grocery store around the corner. It was easy enough to find the tourism office which was the meeting point for our tour. We had breakfast one day at their buffet. The breakfast had enough choices but I did not think it was worth the extra 15-18 euros. Best Westerns should build the price of breakfast into their room rates and just include it.

Après avoir cherché un hôtel, j'ai contacté Best Western l'artiste avec chloé qui a été très accueillante et m'a convaincu de venir. A mon arrivée,Camille et Adam ont été superbes avec des conseils de visites, de restaurants. Chambre très propre et agréable suivi d'un déjeuner le matin complet. Un aurevoir à cet équipe fabuleuse, professionnelle et bienveillante. Je recommande sans hésiter !!!

Bon emplacement, calme et bien décoré sur le thème du cinéma/festival de Cannes. La chambre est bien insonorisé et la literie bien douillette, moelleuse et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et très bon, le parking sous terrain à 11€/nuit est suffisant mais attention car c'est assez serré. Bémol : la clim ne semblait pas fonctionner et la chambre était très humide au réveil (voir photo).

Je pense avoir essayé tous les hôtels du quartier de la gare et le Best Western Artist m'a particulièrement plu. La décoration sur le thème du cinéma est très réussie, et l'hôtel est particulièrement calme. Il est un peu "caché" dans une petite rue mais mérite d'être découvert.
