房間很大，總體不錯。早餐較簡單，中規中矩。

just on a road trip I needed a place to stay. Didn’t check in till 9 o’clock but everything went well and easy. Good night sleep.

My husband and I had gotten into a minor car accident with no damage to either vehicle. We got out to check both vehicles saw there was no damage and left. We went back to the hotel and we were treated like the enemy. Then we were told to vacate the premises. I do not recommend this hotel at all despite the decent rooms. Our treatment is the determining factor in this review.

The air conditioner was broken, it never got below 78° in the room. The shower would not drain so you stood in dirty water.

This properly was extremely dated, smelled, dirty. I can’t believe they charge a $100 per night. Do not recommend.

Our bathroom door was extremely heavy and had a cheap groove cut out because otherwise, you wouldn't have been able to open the door. It would be hit the toilet bowl. Our shower was outdated and kinda grummy. There was some Crusty stuff on the floor next to my bed. The mattress was noisy and springy. The room seemed outdated. The caulking around the base of the toilet was disgusting. The floor didn't reach the bottom of the tub. I'm a housecleaning owner. Im very picky about where I am staying.

This was my first visit to Comfort Suites, however I can say, definitely wont be my last. Lol. I have to give this exemplary employee "Phillip" a Golden Star for the most amazing customer service interaction I have ever had. I'm disabled using a walker, so from the time I entered the lobby Mr.Phillip offered his assistance without any hesitation. His demeanor and conversation was spot on. After realizing I had forgot something Phillip became my legs. I was extremely thankful. I want to give Kudos to management as well. I truly hope the higher ups know what type of a exemplary employee Phillip is. I've worked in customer service 10+ years and never experienced the service I received. Thank You

Staff was friendly, especially those working the breakfast area. Property was older and in need of refurbishing in many areas. But some areas like the lobby and breakfast area have been renovated. Overall good value for the price we paid.

Property is old, holes in walls, rust everywhere. Place is falling apart.
