1 經理很粗魯，自顧自説話，冒犯 2鑰匙很難打開門，不論是下面的大門還是進入酒店的門，讓我們深夜，花費了30分鐘才僥倖成功開門 3進入房間時，房間內正在晾衣服，導致房間一股黴味 4床墊沒有拆包裝，動一下就很吵

La nostra esperienza non è stata positiva, non siamo riusciti a dormire nella stanza causa presenza cimici dei letti. In piena notte abbiamo chiamato il proprietario che ci ha rimborsato interamente il soggiorno ma non ci ha trovato una soluzione per la notte. Essendo il 30 dicembre siamo rimasti in giro tutta la notte per poi tornare a casa con il primo treno. Mi dispiace ma lo sconsiglio vivamente.

Very good stay. 4.8/5 stars. Would highly highly recommend. You will not get a better stay anywhere else at this price. The hotel is actually an enormous apartment with many rooms within, and common facilities. Everything is very clean, regularly maintained, and the landlords clearly care about the quality. They do an excellent job keeping everything in order, and are helpful. Only reason it is not 5/5 is minor inconveniences with the building, not because of the hotel accommodations. E.g., door into building can be hard to open, lights do not turn on automatically in the halls (so at night it is PITCH black. You need a phone or flashlight). Again, not the fault of the landlords, but worth considering if you are an anxious traveler. Overall, great work. Would stay again.

This is not a hotel but a private appartement in the 3rd floor of a building, close to the train station, with 3 public bathrooms and 6-7 rooms! Main key for entrance to the building not working propperly, so you hope- after fidling around for a couple of minutes, not to have spend the night outside! ******* should not market it as a hotel and charge hotel prices for it!!!!!

I loved it! It’s perfect, beautiful, comfortable and very clean! Definitely if one day I return to this city I will stay here again.

Good location for getting to the train station but also walking distance from lots of great places to eat and drink. Really friendly service.

Listing clearly stated washer/dryer in unit…wasn’t but they could “help me out” by doing for 10euro a load for me. Location pretty quiet, but owners yelling and talking loudly all of the time…place really needed updating, sheets, towels seemed clean but really worn

Once you get past the unusual warehouse entrance and steel cage elevator, this hotel was a nice place to stay for a night. The room and shared bathrooms were clean and the property was quiet.
