ホテルの立地は最高で、市街地や大運河に非常に近いです。部屋はとても清潔で、ホテルのスタッフはとても歓迎的で親切です。朝食の種類は最高とは言えず、ホテルに屋内プールがあれば良かったと思います。私たちが訪れたのは 12 月だったので、ビーチに行くのは難しかったでしょう (トリエステ市街地には公共のビーチがないので、ビーチに行くにはバルコラに行かなければなりません)。

1) フロントデスクのスタッフはまったく役に立たなかった!!! 2) ホテルのロビーへのアクセスは階段のみで、スタッフは皆、忙しいふりをしてまったく役に立たないようにしていました。幸い、私たちは小さなスーツケースしか持っていなかったので、それは問題ではありませんでしたが、それでもこのレベルのホテルでは、フロントデスクではなくホテルの前で歓迎のサービスを受けることを期待します。 3) 「ヒストリックワンベッドルームキングスイート」はお勧めしません。部屋はずっと前に略奪されたように見えます。文字通り、古いものも新しいものも、何の装飾もありませんでした。

Palace is classic early 1900 architecture and luxury feeling, historic art and beauty accompanied us to the breakfast hall, while room was contemporary and convenient, services recently renewed, the hotel is located in the historic centre of the elegant Port City, car valet service very useful, in 10/15 minutes walking you can reach museums and best cafe’ restaurants

We went for my partners birthday night away. By far the most beautiful hotel I have stayed in around the world. Almost more of a museum than a hotel! Historic King Room was lovely. Reception staff and spa staff were super, breakfast staff could have paid more attention to us, we felt rather ignored.

Ottimo posizione, l'edificio è meraviglioso, molto ben mantenuto, tanto di capello, stanza grande e ben progettata con doccia e vasca presenti. Biancheria di ottima qualità e materasso alto comodo con topper presente. Personale molto attento e cordiale. Prevale uno stile contemporaneo, dove antico e moderno si mischiano in un perfetto connubio. Ci tornerei volentieri.
