One of the main problem at this hotel is accessiblity. There is a lift, but you have to go up several steps to enter on the ground floor and then it goes only to the half landings on each floor , so you still have to carry your suitcase up 12 steps to your room. For me this was difficult. I am in my 70s. In addition, the breakfast choice was very poor. Much of the buffet was not replenished and some of the food, such as the omelette, was inedible. Don’t expect any hot food or Italian cakes. You will find a strudel with non filling and bread for toasting. Coffee is from a self serve machine. The space is cramped and poorly designed. Housekeeping were great but the hotel takes booking from school groups. During our stay we had about 50 students staying for 2 nights. It felt as if we were on school camp. Lots of door knocking in the middle of the night. Location is close to the train station on a main road. If you close the shutters it does shut out the noise. The rooms are small but adequate. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and functional. It would be easy to improve the overall guest experience here by introducing porterage to carry bags to guests room and by upgrading the breakfast options .

Only real issues were poor light protection on one of the windows and noise from other rooms and maids. They gave me a high floor room in the rear. If you stay on the street side it may be noisy. There is bus stop right below.

I was worried after reading a few negative reviews. However, we were happy with our stay. We had a large bedroom with a fridge, ac and safe. The bathroom was large and had towels and toileteries. The room and bathroom were clean as was the linen and towels. The shutters on the window kept out the light and noise. Granted, the bed is a bit soft and you tend to roll into the middle of it but we still slept. It cost €110 with breakfast so the cost was reasonable. Breakfast had fruit, cereals, bread and cold meat and yogurts etc. The cleaner was friendly, the Receptionists could be friendlier as previous reviewers have remarked upon.

It's very nice and clean, right in the city center, convenient and also quiet in the evening. We arrived with bikes, they have a safe area for us to put the bikes. Excellent service!

very nice hotel. Only slight negative the lift does not stop on a floor level resulting having to walk up or down a flight of stairs every time which generally would be ok except when you have to carry heavy suitcases

This hotel is the least friendly place in Italy. The only thing that made our stay better, were the two young Italian guys at the front desk, with their nice smile. The other non Italian guy had a bad attitude, obviously doesn’t know that 50% of a nice stay in a hotel comes from customer service. Now, even if TripAdvisor says that this hotel has free breakfast, it’s only free if you’ve paid for an upgraded room. There is not coffee maker in the rooms, however they have a coffee maker in the lobby but you have to pay and they have a camera (cctv) controlling that you actually pay. No help to carry your luggage upstairs and to reach the elevator you must do it going up through stairs. The Air conditioned was not to efficient and the wifi totally unreliable. We won’t comeback

Staff were always helpful and cleaning staff were awesome. Bus stop right outside door and piazza is walking distance. Loved the breakfast couldnt fault it for 3 star hotel. Only negative was that I had to ask for tea and coffee facilities. Would stay again.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my family. Perfect location both to park our car and to walk to the center. Room was big enough, clean and quite. Reception and restaurant staff was kind and helpful. Would be happy to return here.
