This hostal is a charming base for visiting this fascinating and historic city. The owner's artwork makes it particularly unique. You'll enjoy comfortable rooms and a relaxing, flower-filled courtyard. Definitely a great place to stay!

Wow, what an amazing place to stay. The rooms were amazing and the staff so friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast and in such a wonderful setting. Perfectly situated in Trinidad with everything you could need on the doorstep.

An attractive casa particular at the edge of the area designated as UNESCO World Heritage site, let down by the lack of attentiveness by the staff. They may all be wearing t-shirts bearing the casa logo, but this could be the limit of their allegiance. The room was terracotta tiled with contrasting blue paintwork on a small courtyard with other rooms - decor that seemed appropriate for the town. There is a small gallery and a bar on site. No internet. We had to ask for additional pillows as the ones provided were dolls-house sized. The quality of the bed and bedding was below that of other casas we stayed at during our trip. The bathroom (with shower) would prove a challenge for a larger person. There is aircon. On our first morning a table in the courtyard was laid ready for us, but not on the second. On the second morning 3 members of staff were hanging out around the bar, but did not react when we appeared. Although friendly when approached, we had to ask for breakfast, and then they seemed to forget juice, eggs, ham and cheese. Our room was not cleaned, mini bar not topped up and beds unmade during our 2 day stay. Unless the staff issue is addressed, I’d suggest trying a different casa. Looking at other reviews, the poor attitude of the staff seems to be a very long running issue!!

We loved Hostal Lola. It was beautiful - particularly the courtyard where we ate breakfast. Rooms are clean and quirky (in a good way). But what makes this place is the people who run it. They are so kind and helpful. They speak good English and are genuinely interested in your welfare. Thank you!!

La ubicación de este hotel es perfecta, puedes ir andandito a todos los sitios, hay tiendas de artesania, restaurantes, bares, museos, discotecas... que sea una casa colonial es como una fantasía, bonita, acogedora y todito está súper limpio. En la habitación hay de todo, gel, champú, aire acondicionado, ventilador, nevera, secador, toallas, almohadas extras y por si tienes frío (que ya sería raro) un nórdico. El desayuno muy rico, con frutas, pan tostadito, mantequilla, mermelada, zumos, café, té, leche, cacao, huevos de todas las maneras, tortitas... El personal es lo mejor de la casa maravilloso, muy agradable, atentos, te tratan muy bonito Y no se quedan sin luz!! Animarse gente que no os vais a arrepentir, un lugar fascinante y su gente maravillosa Recomendadisimo

Excelente atención, ubicación e instalaciones. Trato humano muy profesional y cercano, te hacen sentir como en casa. Habitación amplia con una cama enorme muy cómoda y todo lo que necesitas para descansar. La localidad muy animada y con mucho que ver. Repetiría sin dudarlo

Delightful Casa Particulare in Trinidad Cuba. About 10 rooms arranged around a beautiful courtyard. Rooms were like those in a B&B. Small but comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. Unfortunately they had to deal with frequent blackouts, but they had an auxiliary generator that helped.

Estructura muy bonita adaptada de una casa colonial. Habitaciones amplias y arredo hermoso. El desayuno es servido en el patio en una atmosfera muy agradable. Buena la posicion a 10 minutos de camino de la plaza mayor. Personal muy cordial y disponible!

Uma ótima opção de hospedagem em Trinidad. Localização ideal, perto de tudo no centro colonial da cidade antiga. Equipe atenciosa e muito prestativa. Quarto limpo, com ar condicionado, frigobar e cama confortável. Café da manhã honesto. Recomendo o lugar.
