Extremely nice hotel. I have a free room upgrade. Great breakfast included. Highly recommended. A view from the room spectacular.

The hotel is well situated for the Troodos area. It provides good accommodation at a reasonable price. It makes no pretence at being a five star establishment, but it does the biz. It is clean, the room is not cramped, the beds are ok, the furniture is not fussy but functional. Dinner in the restaurant was well prepared, tasty and definitely a good serving size. I have paid more and enjoyed it less . Staff are attentive, the desk guy is very friendly and helpful. Only thing missing is the winter snow.

It’s almost comical that a dilapidated, badly maintained hotel that looks like it hasn’t seen a renovation in decades feels entitled to lecture guests by banning small dogs, even for a quick coffee.

The worst hotel I’ve ever been! We was traveling with 2 kids age 3 and under. The temperature outside at night was 2 Celsius. And the hitting system was shut down at night!!! We was coming to the reception few times even at night because we got really cold and kids wake up coughing with blocked noses!!! The only reply what we got was “you are wrong”. the staff were rude and didn’t want to help at all. Second day all the electricity went off in the room. Tv didn’t work. Hitting system was shut down AGAIN. Not only in our room but also in the second room what we booked for our family. They turned it on and promised that at night it will work, but quess what- 1 am it shut down again and they didn’t turn it on till 9 am. About the room- the wires was hanging down the wall- not safe for kids! We recommend you- if you want to have a good time in the mountains, feel cozy and enjoy your time with kids or without- DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

I'll start with the positive and move to the less positive First the hotel staff is very good and courteous. The service was good I asked to change a room and they made an effort to change our room. The food is also good. Now to the not so positive the rooms are dated and with old carpeting. There is a smell of mold in the corridors of the hotel. The hotel needs redoing and refurbishing.

The room was fine, very basic. We stayed for one night so it was OK. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There was a very noisy party in the evening that ended after midnight, it was very annoying. Breakfast was nice and diverse

Rooms basic but comfortable and clean .location was brilliant we went in late October take a jumper cardigan for night time as it does get cold but they do put on a log fire and makes it really cosy they even supplies us with blankets loved it Food is really tasty we booked a massage and Jacuzzi and it was 10 out of 10. Good but not too much The rooms are old and not very comfortable. The location is excellent, near the most interesting trails. The food is average. The price is a bit too high for the quality of service, considering it's a hotel with few amenities. The breakfast is good and varied. Staff very good and kind.
