Nice rooms but outside areas could have been cleaner… lots of old cigarette butts in old whiskey, barrel, planters and overflowing trash

The best thing about this place is that there’s a good restaurant next door. It would be okay this were a basic budget motel at half the price, but this is way over-priced for poor accommodations. The bed pillows were too thick and hard and uncomfortable, gave me a headache.. The room had very few electrical outlets, and the one at the bathroom vanity didn’t work at all. The shower tub floor was dangerously slippery and there were no grab bars to hold on to. The toilet paper holder was broken - why not replace it? The walls and floor-boards were so thin we could hear every sound in the building, doors and footfalls, and voices and running water, etc. Uncomfortable night, unjustifiable for the price.

The young lady who worked at the front desk was great. Only a few of the laundry facilities were operational, most were out of order.

Clean and comfortable room, very quiet, at a very reasonable price close to Bryce Canyon. Some deferred maintenance in evidence. We enjoyed our stay.

Good location. Exterior poor maintance, carpet Needed replacing,heat lamp in bath did not work. Would not stay there again.

room is fine, equipped with coffee maker, refrig and microwave. providing wipe clothes instead of tissue, it's environmental conscious. Continental breakfast is good. the only thing is most washers, dryers in laundry room are out of order.

Our room looked newly painted, was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Red Ledges was and excellent choice for an overnight stay near Bryce.

Good, basic hotel. Staff friendly. Breakfast choices limited but good. Coffee kind of weak. We stayed three days. Staff did not make our beds but provided fresh towels. A good base of operations for exploring.
