Le concept original : Le mélange visiteurs et personnes âgées. Studio spacieux,lumineux proche du centre-ville bouilloire avec café et thé à disposition un parking sécurisé. La salle d'eau très spacieuse, avec serviette et nécessaire de toilette fourni le ménage n’est pas fait pour séjour s moins d’une semaine Le studio se situait en bordure d'un rétrécissement de la rivière ce qui engendre présence de moustiques et moucherons prévoir pastilles répulsives Le bruit de la cascade agréable la journée peut devenir insupportable la nuit même fenêtres fermées. Le petit déjeuner tardif 8 h à 9h30 qualité-prix moyen !! La literie lit étroit pour 2 personnes

Nice large studio apartment in great location. Walking distance to the town centre. Unfortunately the building is in the middle of a building site at the moment. It is however quiet. Would not recommend for mid summer as no aircon but with a fan was ok in cooler times.

We like staying here and would stay there again.

Central position Very basic accommodation however spotlessly clean & very nice staff. Great position, approximately 10 min walk from centre of town. Secure underground car park. Good , inexpensive continental breakfast. Slightly odd that the hotel seemed to be part of a complex with assisted living for elderly!

Reception was not manned and I missed the instruction to submit arrival details 24 hours in advance so we had to go for a walk and come back later. Apartment was large but not well equipped. I have stayed in much nicer places for a similar price. However, good underground parking and not far to walk into centre of old town. Situated in middle is decaying industrial site which was interesting!

Good: location with secure parking. Poor: standard and breakfast in an elderly home…

Decent overnight stay. Clean and tidy, great location. Challenging check-in/parking process. No air conditioning. Random selection of kitchenette equipment.

This is easy place for an overnight stay when you drive through the country and met our needs. We were driving from South France and wanted to stop over in Troyes. The place is very clean, spacious room, very comfy beds. Do not however book breakfast, it is very basic. The milk was off and the coffee just not drinkable. You will not leave hungry but not worth 8 or 9 Euros. I also would appreciate to be given wifi password on arrival but we were so tired did not want to chase it. Bare in mind this is a home for seniors and they rent rooms out they have free to tourist. It is about 15-17 min walk to town center so location is quite good. We were not lucky with the view of the room and our one was looking over the construction site but we literally stayed for one night only. I would happily stay here again though just trying to point the pluses and weaknesses of the place. Thank you.

Great studio Very serviceable and clean studio apartment in a quiet neighbourhood just outside of city centre. Loved having the balcony overlooking the river.
