ジ イン アット トラッキー(Inn at Truckee)

Basic hotel. Clean. Safe. Cheap. Good for a night’s stay. Small dated rooms. Breakfast consists of a few packaged items coffee. We ate at McDonalds down the road. Small parking lot. May be difficult to find a spot if you arrive late.

Convenient for us to visit the boreal ski resort - it’s 10 mins away. I did not like the beds - not very comfortable.

Everything worked, was clean, and just what I'd expect for a motel. No issues during my stay. Breakfast was pretty limited to sugary and high carb bagels and toaster waffles, and would have been nice to have a little more variety.

Convenient location to skiing. Motel is in need of some remodeling. Room was clean, but overall, the property is old and tired looking.

Booked for one price and got charged a different price at check-in. Not sure if I would book this again.

Location great! Friendly staff! The room is so-so. but cannot beat the price so near I-80 and Truckee. I just wish they had a hot-tub to relax after a day in the snow.

Very nice staff and nice accommodations all around. The pillows were uncomfortable, but otherwise it was a very pleasant stay. What the continental breakfast lacked in variety it made up for with a great coffee machine!

I needed a cheap place to rest my head before skiing the next day and this spot served that purpose. No frills, nothing fancy. “You get what you pay for” as they say.

Good clean room and nice staff. I like the automated coffee machine to get my long cappuccino with some oranges and apples for breakfast. Only downside is the room doesn’t have a closet to hang our ski jackets. Just one small cubby side hanger drawer with the microwave and fridge. Maybe an hanger on the wall would have helped. :) Otherwise, great room that’s close to Palisades and Northstar.
