My room had black bugs crawling everywhere and when I fell asleep one of the bugs crawled into my ear it was the worst experience I have ever had. Didn't know why I woke up with pain and a fluttering feeling in my ear well I had one of those bugs in my ear, So I went to notify the front desk and he admitted to having a black bugs problem and told me I'll switch u rooms but if u just admitted to having a problem the other room is going to be the same so upon going back to the room and cleaning and looking for bugs in the bed we found 2 more and there was several in the love seat my 3 day weekend trip turned into 1 1/2 day trip and today is the 3rd day and I still haven't heard of im even going to get a refund for my trip never again don't recommend staying there for no one especially kids don't know if these bugs can crawl in kids or babys ears

I booked a room with a king bed. I paid extra for a room with a king bed. I did not get a king bed. Apparently they didn’t have any left. The room was not clean. We could clearly hear the folks upstairs and if they dropped something it sounded like thunder. We could also clearly hear folks talking as the walked down the hall or if they closed thier door. The breakfast was mediocre as well.

Friendly Checkin. Disappointed that the Hot Tub was broke and most of the gym equipment. Breakfast was just Average. Location was Good..

This was our first bad experience with Comfort Inns. there was a dirty towel left in our room, and no cups for the coffee. Lighting in the room was inadequate and the lobby windows were dirty.

Very basic. Would have preferred the hotel across the street. Breakfast was less than stellar. No waffle machine, cold stale eggs and not much left of anything.

The only issue was getting the TV set up to be able to watch the Super Bowl.....the front desk help came up and finally got us set. Otherwise, all was great.

Very nice room. Breakfast only mediocre and attendant was very slow to refill items. I was thrilled to see they supposedly had gluten free English muffins, but those didn’t get refilled.

Best value for the dollar spent of any overnight stop off I know of. Safe, clean, convenient & comfortable. Wish all my road trip stops could be like this one.

The overall stay was great! I loved the greeting staff upon check-in. We enjoyed the indoor hot tub and pool after a long drive. The pool could have been heated and the parking lot could have more lighting. Aside from those minor observations, the stay could have not been any better.
