This boutique hotel provided outstanding customer service. The rooms are large. I was served breakfast in front of the fireplace. I would come back to stay here again because this was such a wonderful experience.

The view from the rooms is good. Bathrooms can be upgraded. Struggled to locate it. Rooms can be more brighter and upgraded to modern style. New Towels in the rooms are needed. Didn’t match my expectations.

We have stayed at Duke & Duchess Boutique Hotel on a previous trip to Pretoria. Again our stay was very comfortable. It is conveniently located with easy access to the highways in a quite suburb of Pretoria. The rooms are comfortable. There is an inviting pool to cool off on hot summer days. Good covered off street parking is available.

· For a four star hotel I expected more from the room. Both bedside lamps did not work - we had to get them changed over as both did not function. The aircon control was also not in the room. The toilet seat was loose and not at all secure - this should not happen in a 4 star hotel. The towel provided also had slight stains or damage on it. There was only 1 bathrobe provided for the 2 of us On the plus side: Friendly staff and lovely pool - and a convenient location. Very comfortable bed with clean linen etc. Breakfast was very nice with good coffee

Enjoyed the room. Spacious and comfortable Good breakfast! Friendly staff. Safe and secure environment Ample parking. Outdoor pool and chairs to sit down and relax. Enough quality coffee as well as blankets for that cold night
