クルーズはとても素晴らしかったです。部屋は広々としていて、バルコニーも広々としていました。クルーズ船の受付の方もとても親切で、とても助かりました。赤ワインを10%割引で注文しました。ホテルでは朝食、昼食、夕食に特別なアレンジメントが用意されていて、ベジタリアン向けの料理も充実していました。

非常に良いサービスとフレンドリーなスタッフ。値段に見合った価値があります。ダーク アンド ブライト ケーブでカヤックができなかったのは少し残念でした。送迎サービスは素晴らしく、バスに乗ったスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。彼は親切で、ハノイのホテルでの最後の夜の宿泊を予約するのを手伝ってくれました。

We enjoyed the moment and it was incredible.

Disappointing. The bed sheets weren't clean when we arrived and we had to ask for the cleaning personel to replace them. During the night I killed 5 cockroaches in the room, which was disgusting even to me that I have certain tolerance to them compared to my wife. They really need to solve the cockroaches problem as I told them on checkout day. Apart from that, everything else was fine. I enjoyed the kayaking, the food is great and abundant and service was great, people were very kind to us. It would have been a great experience if it wasn't by the cockroaches and the dirty bedsheets.
