Our stay at The Loren was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, every staff member was warm, inviting, willing to assist in every way, and engaging! We stayed in a villa, as there were 5 of us! Our villa was a full house, 2 story 3 bedroom plus office that can also be a bedroom with a pullout couch. 4 bathrooms and a powder room. And a pool!! Rooms were spacious and beds were so comfy! Luxurious! We had the pleasure of working with a fabulous concierge, Nanni, who arranged all our taxis, made reservations for us at amazing restaurants, always keeping us updated on plans and arrangement times, etc. He was extremely helpful and an excellent asset for us!! Kudos to Nanni! We had breakfast in the restaurant daily, and experienced the same excellent and personalized service! Although the menu has a variety of interesting and unique breakfast options, you can always request a more simple American breakfast not listed, but available…eggs, bacon, toast for example. They have plain Greek yogurt not listed but available, end it’s a much better option for their breakfast parfait which comes with Mango yogurt…a bit too sweet combined with the granola and açaí berry compote. I had them use the plain Greek yogurt and what a scrumptious combination! I’d suggest they offer both on the menu. One of the servers, MaryAnne, always came over whether serving us or not, to chat, ask how we were or if she could help us. She was very attentive and warm! The pool area is has a nice little mini bar and staff (especially Vlad) are always there to set up your chairs with towels and bring you drinks and food from a bar menu. Best fresh guacamole and homemade tortilla chips I’ve ever tasted. I can’t remember everyone’s’ names who did such an amazing job to make our time here so lovely! It really was everyone we encountered!!

Our stay at The Loren was amazing. The staff, accommodations and property were next level! The service and care we received was exceptional. We had a dinner for 2 on the beach to celebrate our 31st Anniversary and it was the most incredible meal specially prepared by the chef just for us.

My husband and I chose this hotel to get away for our baby moon and it did not disappoint ! Everything from the room views to the delicious food in the restaurants on property were just perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back !

My husband and I recently celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary at The Loren for 5 nights. Upon check-in the lovely concierge (whose names fittingly means sunshine) alerted us that we had actually booked for 5 nights and I had scheduled our return flight incorrectly amidst the hustle and bustle of our busy schedules. She wonderfully encouraged us to arrange to stay the extra night and we are SO GLAD that we did! This was the most blissful trip that we have had in a very long time and we do travel quite a bit. Bermuda truly is within our hearts as a place that is quite special and the staff at The Loren compliment that sentiment in every single way! They are absolutely wonderful, accommodating and happily will help with ANYTHING that we needed throughout our trip. We cannot thank the team at The Loren enough from the restaurant team at the Pink Beach Club where we had delectable meals and cheerful service for many memorable experiences to the impeccable room service team, doormen and again joyful concierge! One team member that we must recognize that really went above and beyond was Petersen who provided us an abundance of amazing service and everything we could have wished for each day as we enjoyed the unforgettable beach and pool at the property. Petersen seemed to be at every turn always wanting to ensure that we had every single thing that we could have wished for and made us feel extra special every single moment of our trip. We feel incredibly thankful to have found something to love even more than we already did about Bermuda and it surely is the wonderful location, experience and staff at the Loren! Thank you again for a memorable experience.

This is the best terrace patio and crystal blue and pink sand setting ever! The service was excellent and we had a fabulous experience. The staff was terrific and expressed such happiness in their work. Wonderful to be a part of The Loren for a week!

The villa was a perfect way to have a big family group together in Bermuda. It includes a private heated pool that was a big hit. They a short walk to the bar, big pool, bar or restaurant. The service was impeccable, particularly from our personal concierge, Serena Burgess.

Our family was together celebrating my 50th Wedding Anniversary with my husband. We loved every minute at The Liren at Pink Beach. Each day was a beautiful experience from the see through boat kayaking, to the snorkeling with our six year old granddaughter to the outstanding service from the wonderful staff to the excellent food. We reserved the roof deck for a private dinner which was unforgettable. This is one of the loveliest resorts we have ever visited and are already planning to visit their Turks and Caicos location.

We visited this resort to celebrate our 40 th anniversary. Travel from Philadelphia was very smooth and easy. We were greeted by the taxi the hotel had arranged. They checked us in early after being greeted with some drinks. The balcony king room was beautiful, overlooking the gorgeous ocean and had a large deck. A beach bag with the hotel name is left on the bed for you. Mine was full of sand, guess the last guest didn’t take it home! They quickly remedied the situation and offered many apologies. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. The food is very expensive as in all of Bermuda so get ready to spend on food and drinks. I had a nice facial in the modest spa and we frequently ate at the pink beach club where the food was very good. We did visit a few restaurants outside the resort which added at least $50 for the taxi ride. Nice place for couples looking to relax but expensive.

The views are one of a kind and Kenny at Maree is the best! We came for business and the relaxation did not disappoint. The pizza is great and the cocktails are well thought out. We were there during off season so there were plenty of chairs at the beach club. The Loren is proving to be a formidable luxury brand!

Staff are really amazing here and the views are gorgeous. That said, the first night there was a giant cockroach in our room, the bathtub drain was broken, and the toilet paper kept falling off the loose toilet paper holder onto the ground . Staff were extremely responsive: sending someone almost immediately to kill the cockroach. We waited in the morning to deal with the bathroom given the stress and almost immediately someone came to replace the drain and reinstall the toilet paper holder. Didn’t sleep well that first night given fears of cockroaches climbing on me; the bed and pillows are also quite hard. Pros: excellent staff, from the bar to the restaurant to the pool The room balcony is really the star of the show here: eating breakfast with that view is incredible. Really baby friendly, and all of the staff loved the baby and went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable Cons: - The cockroach? I understand they can sometimes come in from outside, but I was also surprised there was no follow up after they killed it. - They add an automatic donation to every bill for the Loren Roots foundation for the purpose of buying land to plant trees to combat climate change. I am not interested in paying a developer to expand his land portfolio while reaping the benefits of a nonprofit. Ethically problematic that this was “opt out” and not “opt in,” especially as it was extra work on the staff to ask them to remove it. - The beach is not private to the hotel, which I learned when a woman approached me to inform me I could not sit there. Apparently the white umbrellas are for condo residents and the cream are for the Loren. It was extremely awkward, and would have appreciated a sign or a heads up as I don’t think the cream/white distinction is cutting it. Staff were very apologetic and the manager came over to speak personally, but please just put up a sign.

We stayed at the Loren for our honeymoon. The views from the balconies and pools are absolutely incredible, and everyone was so kind and quick to call us taxi’s for what we needed. A couple things to note: the pillows are truly the worst I have ever slept on in my entire life. We even asked for stiffer pillows to be brought literally the same ones. If you’re into the down pillows that loose their shape completely when you put your head down and form a concave to where you’re head is practically on the bed, you might enjoy them. But after 6 nights of sleeping on them, I was ready to get home to my own. The menus: both at their restaurant and for room service are pretty lackluster. They don’t have a very large selection. The food was good, but again not a whole lot to choose from. The Spa: I was pretty upset about my experience here. We booked a couples massage for 2:00, and arrived at our scheduled time. What they don’t tell you is that from your appointment time on cuts into your massage. They have you fill out a form and also ask if you want to get changed into robes, but that it would cut into the massage time. We got there at our appointment time, paid $360 for a couples massage for 50 minutes, but by the time we were finished with the consent form, our masseuse came and got us, got undressed and ready for the massage, it ended up only being a 35/40 minute experience. If you pay for a 50 minute massage, you should be getting the 50 minutes period. So maybe arrive 10/15 minutes early so this doesn’t happen to you. Overall we had a nice experience other than the couple little things.

I originally offered this feedback privately and didn't hear back, so decided to share it more widely. My husband and I went for our honeymoon in June 2024. We did a ton of research and ended up picking the Loren because we wanted truly a luxury experience for this once-in-a-lifetime trip. Leading up to our stay we got a lot of communication from the hotel asking about our favorite snacks, drinks, preferred activities etc. I honestly felt like I was on an episode of Below Deck and was picturing staff showing up with our selections throughout our stay. Landing at the airport, our prearranged transportation was not there and we awkwardly relied on other taxi drivers to text/call our driver before he finally found us. Arrival at the hotel was great and we had some complimentary drinks while checking in. Our room was beautiful and well-taken care of and we did have a small fruit plate waiting for us. However, that was the end of the road for any special treatment or acknowledgement of our honeymoon. The manager even told us directly the staff "couldn't wait to spoil us all week" and yet nothing ever happened aside from the baseline good service. I wasn't expecting the world but we spent several hundred dollars on meals/drinks at the restaurant, bar, and pool (in addition to the price of lodging for the week), and it would've been so exciting for at least a couple staff to acknowledge it was our honeymoon, or have some complimentary champagne or dessert at a meal. I've seen birthday and anniversaries more acknowledged at lesser hotels with wine in the room, flowers, or at even just staff members mentioning the occasion. Honestly it felt like a real letdown and made me wish we had stayed somewhere else where we would've gotten a full "honeymoon" experience rather than just being on a nice trip. For a small boutique hotel I was really surprised and disappointed that halfway through our stay a family with 1-2 small children was put in the room next door. Soundproofing was shockingly bad and every morning at 7 on the dot the children were up and screaming and arguing with their parents until they left the room. I totally understand families being loud and having a hard time, but it was so disappointing to me that there wasn't more thought into who was going in what room. I didn't have the energy or desire to complain because I figured best case scenario we'd have to move rooms, which I didn't want to do. Also, while service at the pool was great I was again surprised and letdown by certain things for such a luxury hotel; the biggest example being that we ordered tequila shots and they just came warm in plastic cups. I don't historically go to extremely nice hotels but I feel like it wouldn't be that crazy to expect them to be chilled and served with salt and lime. Overall I think the Loren is a very nice hotel and would be a good spot for a vacation, but it didn't seem wroth the price to me, particularly for a special occasion. Maybe I was wrong to exp

I took my sister to the Loren for a birthday lunch. She ordered fish and chips which she said was very good, I ordered Caesar Salad with chicken which wasn’t. The salad had very little dressing and the chicken was a dry breast laid across the top when I actually expected the it to be at least sliced. The croutons were large and even being stabbed with my knife wouldn’t break. When I made the reservation I was asked whether it was a special occasion and I said that it was her birthday. I don’t know why I was asked as she didn’t even receive a birthday greeting! My sister is in a wheelchair and your wheelchair accessibility is excellent which I must mention as this is the main reason for writing this. When we left the restaurant to make our way to the elevator we made a wrong turning and got lost. We made our way over to a room where it looked like it was being set up for a function. A young man came to the door and gave us directions but then changed his mind and took hold of my sister’s chair and guided us to the elevator and if that wasn’t enough, took us upstairs to my car and even put the wheelchair into the car for me and made sure all was well before he left us. FYI we are both senior citizens. The young man’s name is Jason and to my mind made the trip to The Loren worthwhile, even if the lunch wasn’t. Unfortunately I didn’t get his last name but hopefully you don’t have a lot of Jasons working there and would again like to pass on our thanks to him. Regards, Janet C. Simpson

My husband and I just returned home from our first kid free getaway for a birthday celebration! Everyone at the Loren was so amazing, the hotel is truly gorgeous and the beach is lovely. We were so relaxed and the beach and pool were perfect. The rooms are impeccably clean and the best part of them is the oversized balcony where we sat every morning and night. The only suggestion I would say is that it would be great if there either was a more casual restaurant to be able to grab a bit more casual food or maybe even another option. I would not let that deter you though as room service is excellent and eating on your balcony is just as awesome! All of the food we had was delicious and the ambiance of the pink beach club is gorgeous. We also appreciated the pool/beach side service (especially Natalie!). The bartender at the Maree lounge was also awesome! We cannot wait to come back!
