We had to book a room at a different hotel. The room was filthy. When you first walk in there was an overwhelming smell of cigarettes and mold, and upon further inspection of the room we found various stains on the bedding, matress and even the rags/ towels. The pillow cases were so dingy they no longer looked white. It was disgusting, I may not have high standards but I definetly have some and this was far below mine. They gave us an option to move to a different room but judging by the look of the hotel itself and the area it was in I figured every room we moved to would have been like that. It's in a very seedy neighborhood, neither my mom or I would have felt safe and comfortable staying there.

The property was fine it’s ******* that’s a scam and horrible to deal with. The way the booking system is set up is a disgrace. You enter a date then select a property and as soon as you do that it defaults to another date. If you don’t check it books for the default date and not the date you originally selected. Then they charge you because of the no refund policy. Scam.

The room is not clean especially the bathroom. Dirt in the corners. One wash cloth, one hand towel and two towels for four. The bar of soap broke into pieces when opened. The toilet paper holders both fell apart. In fairness the beds are comfortable and the sheets are clean.

I was camping & had an emergency that I needed a hotel last minute. The area felt very unsafe, I was worried someone might break into my car. The room was clean, and the bed was decent…..it’s right by the highway & very loud. I was thankful for the sound app on my phone.

The outside is not inviting. Booked online before I saw it. Lobby was closed when we arrived (8:30-ish PM) so had to check in through a window. The door to our room was locked so had to wait until they came to open it [it was locked from the inside, but there was a second door, so not a problem]. That was inconvenient. We had a suite. We had to request bedding, but they were out of blankets. There were not enough towels either. But the room was clean. The toilet/shower was in one room and the sink in another. Obviously, the suite was once two separate rooms, so a little funky, but the living space was separated from the bed, which was convenient for our family. Hot breakfast.

Had limited amenities in the rooms and on the property. Very noisy street traffic made it hard to sleep.

This motel is next to a very loud highway. When you check in at night, the lobby is closed and only a window is open for transactions. We had a very nice lady check us in, but there was a long line and the area had lots of police activity. Our room was not clean. We left early and moved to another hotel the next day.

We had a room downstairs and the walking and talking from guests on the second floor was a bit annoying especially because we could hear everything and was late at night.

No coffee in rooms. Jimmy Dean Breakfast sausage was AWFUL. Check in staff was fine. Property needs an update. I am not complaining, the rate was lower and you get what you pay for.
