The aircon is not functioning and the service is not good. It is hard to check out because it took time for them to verify my payment online. Not good. I requested the room near the elevator but they gave me a room that is so far away from the elevator. 🥹🥲

Clean and good. The front deak are veey avcomodating. .the only amenities ,no big towels and hand towels. Above iall the aeebice is good and recomendable.

We appreciate that NGN Gran Hotel is pet-friendly, which made it convenient for us to travel with our pet. However, our experience with the service could have been better. The front desk staff were not very friendly or accommodating, and there was noticeable noise from staff talking in the hallways. We hope the hotel can improve customer service and maintain a quieter environment for guests.
