Maybe one of the hotels that offer room services during your stay - so many just don’t do it anymore even though we are paying so much more - plus breakfast is awsome with good quality of food - except for frozen strawberries and pineapple - why? Make no sense - but overall berry satisfy with their services

Everything about this hotel is nice and except for we have to pay for parking and breakfast they are always running out food even if you come down early lol. The staffs were super nice, friendly and very apologetic about breakfast food issue. Parking should be free when you are already paying too much for accommodation :).

I stay at a lot of hotels and websites show pictures and most times once I get there the pictures don’t match up. This hotel is super nice and great customer service!!!

The only thing i would change is include parking with the stay but they did give me one parking spot and I only paid for one spot other than that. Also it's a very nice hotel just not the best area, although it is surrounded by alot of restaurants and things to do.

Everything was good, minor annoyance is the guest above us was quite noisy (heavy footsteps, furniture or something being drag across the floor)z

very close to airport and shopping center, forgot to clean the room, and not advised during the check-in, the front desk lady was not very helpful in solving the issue, the breakfast area is clean and many sitting places, swimming pool was heated.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed is this one. Perfect for a family with smaller kids as they’ve provides all the amenities you could need. We stayed in a suite and had a full kitchen equipped with silverware, plates, pots and pans. The beds we’re comfortable. The breakfast selection was great and the luggage trolley was a really nice touch, something I don’t see often on hotels we’ve stayed at. They also had indoor pool which my kids really enjoyed. Overall a great stay and would come back here again.

Prepare to pay $18/night for parking so they pretty much are getting their $ back for the, “free breakfast.” The doors only close loudly once you are out of the room- so you hear every door slam. Floors are thin so you hear all noises thru the thin subfloor. If the people above awake at 4am- you will also be awake with them hearing their every move.
