Excellent. Food - use better quality olive oil to cook all foods. Your guests will notice!

I would give this hotel a 5 out of 5 in cleanliness but unfortunately we saw a cockroach in our room our second night at our hotel.

Sewer backed up a couple times went over the paths, that was pretty gross, power outages every other day, certain staff must have enjoyed stealing items (big group everybody ended up missing something from rooms however not myself) *majority of staff was great* la carte dinner & staff was exceptional. Very calm environment if you’re looking to party I wouldn’t recommend, the buffets also had a large variety and above average.

I stayed with my family recently for several days and the hotel was not what we expected. The 5 star level is not met. We paid for all inclusive but they charged us for several separate activities that should have been included. The drinks are not of good quality as we were informed (we called to ask especially about that).

Everyone at the resort exceeds the guests expectations specially Jose Patricia at restaurant buffet Ramon for being part of most of the activities

Staff not trained on direction. Staff with very limited English skills. Food incredibly low quality. Dining limited and all booked at the day of our arrival and booked for the rest of the week Will not be staying there ever!

Everything was excellent, specially the entertainment group, Abigail, Eddy, Eric Alejandro, Eilery, Joana, fantastic people, talented, devoted to their work! I had a very good time with them. THE ONLY ASPECT REALLY BAD, WAS THE TRANSFER TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT. COMING2 does have the same standard towards the client than the hotel services, it shouldn't be there At the airport nobody was there to pick me up at 10PM when I landed December 22th The flight back to Montreal was delayed 6 hours - there was no transfer to accommodate me. That was an awful experience.

Overall we really enjoyed everything from start to finish. I would be nice to be able to arrange for transport from Playa Del Carmen for those that haven’t experienced the transport scene. We flew into Cozumel and took the ferry over. The staff was great and attentive. Although we did find food we like at the buffet there was a lot that was lacking. Over seasoned items and poorly prepared items. It as I had said you can find something they fits you. The individual restaurants were not what I have expected. The service was very rehe****d and robotic. Food wasn’t great at any of the restaurants we went to that requested reservations. Focus on better preparation and training in the food dept and the place would be off the charts. Well maintained and accessible overall. We will be back again because it was worthy the value and experience.

This place was incredible for me and my group of mid-20s friends. So much to do and everything was amazing. There is a lot of walking so if that is an issue, maybe look for other options, but otherwise I’d 10/10 recommend!
