空港に向かう前に、ザ クルー ホテルに 1 泊しました。朝のシャトルと 6 時からの朝食が含まれていて、とても便利でした。 チェックインのスタッフはあまりフレンドリーではなく、私たちの質問にイライラしているようでした。さらに、デポジットとして 1000 IDR の現金を用意しておく必要があります。 全体的に部屋はとても暗く、もう少し清潔にできたかもしれません。しかし、空港の近くに 1 泊し、シャトルと朝食を利用すれば、良い選択でしたし、その目的にはお勧めできます。

ANNONCE MENSONGÈRE , FUYEZ !!!! 1 - Le wifi ne capte pas dans les chambres, le personnel vous conseille de vous déplacer dans l’hôtel pour avoir le wifi. 2 - les chambres ne ressemble pas à celle sur la photo, faites attention ! 3 - les frigos ne fonctionne dans quasiment aucune chambres ! ( frigo sans prise électrique) 4 - le matériel n’est pas entretenu, la climatisation fait un bruit insupportable, et nous avons entendu des gros bourdonnement électrique toutes la nuit ! 5 - nous avons beaucoup d’excréments de rats sur notre fenêtre 6 - pour rentre à l’hôtel ou repartir, vous devez payer 5000 de parking même si le taxi viens juste vous chercher c’est inacceptable ! Hôtel à fuir clairement , nous avons sollicité le personnel pour changer de chambre, ils nous ont fait attendre 4h, pour nous mettre dans une autre chambres avec les mêmes problèmes !

Quite close from the airport. Not fussy, everything is quite straightforward. The provided breakfast is not bad. Worth it for the price.

The hotel is nea tor the airport (15min) and they provide free shuttle service. Bed is comfortable, but the cleanliness needs to be improved. Overall, it is okay to stay for a night before an early morning flight. Breakfast provided is good. Indomaret and cafes nearby.

I stayed at The Crew Hotel near Kualanamu International Airport for a short getaway, not just for transit. The hotel exceeded my expectations for a stay near the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for rest. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the facilities like the on-site restaurant and the convenience store nearby. Although it's close to the airport, it’s also a great base for exploring the surrounding area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and affordable stay.

The room was relatively clean and a large size considering the price. Convenient location to airport but sheets were dirty and a dirty sink.

W are in family with small boy , checked in night 11pm, the room was not properly clean, bathroom tiles left with hairs and not shine enough , bfast moderate just choice of noodle + rice with fried egg.

there is no laundry service as mention my sink so dirty forgot to take photo acafe / restaurant / indomaret nearby just take like 5 mnit to go airport the provide breakfast at 6.00am early

We mistake our reservation for one day and they were inflexible with us. Strongly

the room is like a store room, very small, the door is not firm, as if can fall any time, my hub requested to change or update but reception said fully booked. this is the second time he stayed at this hotel, also same room. we will not book this crew hotel anymore. The reception is not helpful at all.

We stayed one night on our way through Medan to the airport the next morning. The hotel is clean, has public drinking water dispensers and some shops and restaurants immediately below so you don't have to go anywhere once you're there. It's 10-15min in a cab to the airport from there. Easy.
