True definition of a luxury resort. The location is beyond beautiful with gorgeous Mountain View’s and vines as far as the eye can see. The staff is so helpful, warm and engaging. The restaurant is spectacular and the chefs were engaging and proud of what they are doing. The concierge not only helped us plan out what we wanted to do but booked and everything flowed without a hitch. Can’t wait to go back.

I do not know how to accurately describe this resort and extend all of the superlatives needed. Just spectacular! This is – without question – the most beautiful resort that we have ever had the honor of visiting. Incredible accommodations, refined and professional service (the best we experienced in Argentina), delicious food, beautiful scenery/grounds…the pinnacle of what a great resort should be. Though all staff members – without fail – were professional, efficient, and friendly, Franco in the bar area was even more outstanding. Franco makes each drink a work of art – and to hear about how many of the garnishes are made in house was amazing. Highly recommended! We booked our wine tour of the Mendoza region through Argentina Wine Tours. Flavia at Argentina Wine Tours plans phenomenal tours. Our wine tour of the Mendoza region was nothing short of spectacular, perfect, and could not have been any better. From the moment we pulled into The Vines, we realized we had made the perfect choice. We were welcomed by a staff that made us feel at home. Our room was ready when we arrived, very spacious, clean, and it also had an outdoor sitting area with a garden view. The grounds are so beautiful and peaceful. The view of the vines and the Andes just breathtaking. I really could not get enough. We celebrated my birthday on the property enjoying a delicious meal at Siete Fuegos. It was such a unique and amazing experience. We dined with other hotel guests on a long, beautifully decorated table. We shared not only the table but our stories. We ate lots and lots of delicious food (so come hungry) and drank lots and lots of exquisite wine. That is a birthday dinner I will remember forever (note: this experience is only offered Wednesdays & Saturdays). Whether you are looking to just unwind and disconnect, or want to enjoy the local wine, or perhaps even be a little adventurous and go horseback riding, then this is the place to stay. We didn't expect an early check in but got one, little snacks in our room, a daily cocktail at the bar, we asked a few questions about vermouth and they asked if we wanted to do a tasting! It was so amazing - and the staff was more like friends that staff - in the best way! We also did the 7 Fires Dinner which was AMAZING, and other items we did via the concierge was a hike, and wineries in the Vines and outside the Vines - all was amazing.

Gorgeous place, fantastic accommodations. The resort has thought of everything. The utlimate luxury resort at the Andes and a wonderful escape from reality. The menu at Suete Fuegos (its restaurant) has greatly expanded with many options for vegetarians - a rarity in meat-focused Argentina! Very good gym with everything you need to get a good workout (in addition to the jogging map around the vineyard property). My only advice is they should have a spin or Peloton bike.

We didn’t know what to expect but our stay at the vines exceeded expectation. The hotel is set on 1500 acres of vineyards with the Andes mountains in the background. The landscape is breathtaking! We had a two bedroom Ande’s view room. It was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated! The food and service were both fantastic! And the treats that were left in our room in the evening were a wonderful and delicious surprise! I can’t say enough about this special property. We will be back!

Surrounded by vineyards and some 90' drive from Mendoza airport, this complex is very sophisticated. Has ample common areas including a swimming pool and a great with refined and natural menu. Personnel is young and attentive at anytime, all speak english. Many details are taken ccare of, my room (11) was super big with view to tiny lake and mountains. Quiet environment great to slow down and enjoy good food & wine.

Staying at the Vines is a true retreat, with the stunning backdrop of the Andes matched only by the beauty of the design of the property and rooms. I stayed in one of the two bedroom villas and felt right at home, the room was so comfortable I never wanted to leave! The staff were by far some of the most warm and helpful I have ever encountered, going above and beyond to assist with my every need. I look forward to returning!
