ホテルのスタッフの方はすごく親切です。いつも笑顔で優しくしてくれました。ですが、ホテルにドライヤーがないので持参しなければなりません。また、近くにコンビニ、スーパーがないので20分近く歩く必要があります。

施設はかなり古いです。 清潔さはまあまあです。 でも全体的には値段に見合う価値があります。

部屋は清潔で、ベッドの質も良かったです。ホテルは中心部から少し外れたところにありますが、トゥクトゥクを使えばほとんどお金をかけずに行けます。このホテルは絶対にお勧めです。

ホテルは外から見るととても素敵です。ロビーは豪華で、実際部屋よりもずっと良いです。 部屋は広々としていますが、まったく寝心地がよくありません。マットレスと枕は硬く、アームチェアのクッションはマットレスよりも硬く、使えませんでした。クローゼットのような家具はなく、壁と同じように塗装が足りない、ひどい暗い色のコンクリートでできています。 部屋はそこそこ清潔で、毎日掃除が必要かどうか尋ねられました。タオルの交換だけを頼んだ日には、誰もゴミを捨てようとしませんでした。 部屋には素敵な小さなバルコニーがありましたが、屋外に座る家具はなく、服を掛けたりタオルを乾かしたりするラックさえありませんでした。 バスルームはきれいに保たれていましたが、シャワーカーテンは触れるに値しないほどひどいものでした。クイーンベッドを予約（および支払い）しましたが、変更に対する事前の通知や謝罪もなく、代わりにツインベッドが届きました。 ホテルの立地は便利で、主要道路沿いにあり、市内中心部や美しい川まで徒歩圏内です。 誰にもお勧めできません。値段の割に原始的すぎるからです。

We stayed here for two nights and the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, the bathroom wasn’t the best but fine for two nights, one note is upon check out they charged more than was advertised on trip.com, we had to pay it to leave as we were going to miss our bus so we paid it however trip.com were great and reimbursed us for the difference.

Nice welcoming, laundry service available. We were close to the city center and did everything by foot. The room was okay, beds pretty comfortable but the window didn’t open all the way and there was noise early in the morning.

AC was not cool and when I asked for fan staff seem not willing to help

Sayang pancuran air kecil, pemandangan di kamar ku baik , namun mungkin beberapa staff sulit berbahasa Inggris dan kurang mudah di mengerti saat masalah pembayaran, selebihnya ok ok saja jika untuk menginap sementara

部屋は清潔で快適でした。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで親切でした（エアコンが機能せず、別の部屋に移動された夕方でも）。ただし、ホテルは埃っぽい道路に面しており、レストランやバーが立ち並ぶ市内中心部までは徒歩 20 分です。

The pictures online look lovely, clean and modern but when you arrive the rooms are filthy and falling apart. One door handle came off in my brothers hand, the bedding had lbrown stains in multiple places, the bath had black something all around the top and there was a crack in the door to my mums room so you could see in from the hallway. The air-conditioning in our room made little to no impact. To make it worse, they have signs in the room telling you they'll charge you for every mark on bedding, towels, cushions etc, as well as price list for everything you might damage from the do not disturb sign to the TV. Given how disgusting the rooms are when you enter, I can only imagine you get stung by these charges for filth that was already there. We didn't want to risk getting charged and asked them to change the bedding and clean the room. We came back 1-2 hours later but still weren't satisfied so chose to leave and they still made us pay half the cost of all three rooms. Absolutely horrendous. We went to another hotel in the same price range just down the road and it was MUCH cleaner. Don't be fooled by the online pictures for this place, it's disgusting.
