Great stay.

Had to stay in order to be close to work due to inclement weather. Have stayed in this hotel multiple times and have always been 100% satisfied. Comfortable rooms, super friendly staff, and an excellent restaurant bar and restaurant downstairs.

Room was very roomy had very tall ceilings and large windows. Bed slept really good and all the accommodations were well proportioned. There was nothing negative about my stay. Planning on staying again in the near future.

I was on the 4th floor. It was very noisy with lots of kids and slamming doors. The hot water was not working the shower.. it was cool. I didn’t like the fact bottle water was in the room and cost $3. should be complimentary. The mini fridge did not get cold enough. Just cool

We have stayed here several times and usually enjoy the stay. However, I was disappointed this time around. The desk clerk was on the phone when I came in, I stood there over 10 minutes without her acknowledging my presence and even after she hung up the phone, no apologies for the wait or anything. My room was not up to the standards of the previous visits, the bathroom was needing cleaned and showed it's age. The room itself had fingerprints that you could clearly see everywhere. No wipe down was done that I could see. Very disappointing stay.

It was absolutely beautiful!! Very comfortable! Housekeeping didn't bother you until actual check out time instead of 7 and 8 in the morning. I would definitely book there again and soon!!! HOWEVER, please be aware of the prices of some of the "amenities" in the room, such as the what you would think is a complimentary bottle water, but really it has a note letting you know that it is $3. There was no iron just a steamer for those who likes to actually iron. But overall this hotel is beautiful and the bar/ resturant in the inside is definitely an added bonus!!!

Easy check-in. Lobby area is new and interesting. Rooms are big with plenty of room to move. Weird but interesting set up for hanging up clothes. Little fridge, pod coffee maker, no microwave. Bathroom is big with a sizable shower. Bed is comfy. Everything is functional.

The hotel was fine, clean and the staff were great. Food omg, eat somewhere else. Way over spiced and 6 bucks a shrimp was crazy.
