Dear travellers, please avoid this place! On the first night spent here my roommate and I found bedbugs on the wall and on the sheets, so we called the reception to change room. The receptionist told us that he could do nothing for us, he could just give us new bedsheets (as if they could solve the problem) and we had to wait 'till next morning for the receptionist shift to solve our problem. Personally, I decided to sleep on the wooden slab next to the mattress to avoid any contact with bedbugs and wait for the next morning. After a night spent as if I slept in prison (wood is not comfortable so don't try it ahah), at 7 am I went straight to the reception to solve the problem. First, they told me I couldn't change the room because *I* would have moved bedbugs to other rooms and second they didn't offer me the full refund in case I moved to another accomodation. After long arguments with the hospitality managers and my iron perseverance (I'm Italian so maybe the language helped me) I finally got the full refund right that day and went away asap. In short: if you ever find yourself in similar situations, don't be afraid to stand up for yourself and your rights! Best of luck!
