Numa Bay Exclusive Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

Couldn’t ask for any more, staff all fantastic go out of there way to help you, most speak English which I found amazing, Dean is fantastic always around to make sure holiday is going well, victor on top bar is just amazing, honestly I could name each and every staff member I have dealt with but would be here all day, the team is amazing, the whole place is so clean some one always around should there be a spillage, tables cleaned as soon as someone leaves it. So many choices for food something to suit everyone’s taste, you must book in to the restaurants too they are well worth a visit, food is amazing in them all. I used the gym daily good amount of equipment it’s kept very clean and stocked with water and towels. Spent most of our time at the beach or the adult only pool, which is fantastic as no kids very clean and tidy close to bar and loo, what more could you ask for, evening entertainment is good. Garden dance party was amazing best night. Music by the pool is brilliant. this is our second time coming and will definitely be back again. Tesekkurler all the staff at numa you have my

We have been to Turkey many times and have to say this is the best hotel we have stayed in by a mile! The Animation team are awesome with the kids. Furkan the entertainment manager is fantastic. The beach is incredible with just a short walk from the hotel. I personally did loads of fishing off the rocks and caught over 100 fish in a week. The food was brilliant, if you can't find something you like you are a very picky person. All in all a 10 out of 10 holiday for us. Oh and the hotel is spotless!!!

Clean, bright hotel with lots of little intimate areas to sit and enjoy a drink. Staff are friendly and accommodating and go out of their way to help. The rooms are well decorated and welcoming. The beds are very comfy! Nice spacious balcony to sit with a morning coffee. Mini bar is filled daily and anything you need, staff are happy to assist. There are numerous pools and areas to lounge, with a kids pool equipped with a mini aqua park. The pool activities are fun, especially when everyone joins in. Lots of restaurants and wee dining spots, and a private beach with a pier you can sunbathe on. Dean, the customer relations manager is brilliant. He made sure everything was spot on and even had our room decorated, and gifted us robes and slippers to take home. Nothing was too much trouble, and my son and I appreciated all the effort and outstanding service we received. We would definitely return.

We are still in Turkey, only been here 4 days. So far I can honestly say it’s has been an amazing experience. The staff are always polite, friendly and helpful. Dean from customer relations is extremely helpful, friendly and approachable and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. He is very knowledgeable about the area and processes of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and has so many options for restaurants and bars. The food is always fresh, many options available. Being vegan myself I had no issues in finding food options except for the Turkish restaurant called Ali Baba unfortunately there are no options for me. Disappointing!! However there definitely more pros than cons. Many shops around the hotel, clothes, pharmacy etc I would strongly recommend this hotel

Currently staying at numa bay exclusive, this is our 4th visit and couldn't wish for a better place to holiday. Staff are great and courteous, facilities are great, food is also good but for fussy eaters you might not be so impressed. Big shout out to Dean at guest relations, if I could give him a bigger rating than trip advisor allows I would, he is very good at his job, he's engaging when in conversation and nothing is too much trouble for him, I am a below knee amputee and didnt give a second thought as to how i would get showered here in my haste to get away after a long year but Dean has offered me the loan of some equipment from his home to aid me in showering whilst here. Also Viktor from the lobby bar and Harun and all the staff at Ali baba restaurant they are a credit to the hotel. All in all I will be back for stay number 5 in 2025and I would whole heartedly recomend to anyone who is thinking of coming here to book it.

Great food and entertainment,very clean…alll staff are friendly DEAN from guest relation is no1 my faverioute…clean pools..suat at ali baba area very nice…i had a wonderful birthday surprise table..the weather is great and sunny..will defintly return

We were concerned about it being so early in the season but Numa Bay has exceeded all expectations. There is always somewhere to eat and catering to all tastes, drinks flowing and a great selection. The facilities themselves are amazing loads of pools, kids have so much to do. We are here without kids and have spaces that are child free. I have never been to a hotel so clean all day long, all staff are friendly and attentive and the rooms are spacious and modern. So pleased we chose Numa Bay. Thanks to Dean, Alacin and victor particularly.

Our stay at numa bay was a lovely,relaxing and ! delightful experience. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially a gentlemen called 'Dean'. Always checking and asking if we had what we needed, especially with having toddlers with us. Food was great also, 10/10.

Amazing! 10/10 food was amazing, staff are so friendly and inclusive, so many activities for kids and adults, great entertainment. Massive shout out to Dean who is always helpful and greets us with a smile everyday! Will definitely be back in the future!
