Everything is OK

This spa hotel offers excellent treatments, but it feels a bit outdated and lacks character. If you're primarily seeking quality massages and facials, it's worth considering. However, don't anticipate a trendy atmosphere or stylish decor. Despite its shortcomings in ambiance, it remains a solid choice for those prioritizing relaxation and wellness treatments.

Service was mostly good. Water in jacuzzi was cold. The massage and facial treatment were good and I can recommend them. Food was tasty and breakfast was okay. View was great. We saw the see and the forest from our room. Parking is chargeable.

You have to pay for parking in this forest hotel. That is very bad. In practice the visitors need to use car to come to the hotel. Sauna owen is poor, not hot enough. Breakfast could be better. Room is ok, also Spa.

This hotel have a spa and is found in the beutiful Ruissalo area. How ever the hotel seems a bit old. No aircondition in our room, breakfast quit average, lousy bacon not crispy, and scrambled eggs dreasdful, no daily papers in the breakfast room.

The hotel is beautifully located and can be reached by bus from Turku market square every 30 minutes, so it is not too out of the way. The Nordic Deluxe room was comfortable and pleasantly decorated. The staff was friendly and ready to help. I enjoyed the fact that you could combine sauna with swimming outdoors (you have walk through the pools section to get to the pier). I appreciated the quality of the live music on Friday evening.

The hotel has seen it’s best days but it is clean and pretty nice. The location is the reason to visit - very pure nature every where by the Baltic sea. We came with EV car and promised charger points was totally disapointment. Only few kilometres was charged and then it stopped. It was not the reason of one charger but they were not meant to charge EV’s although they were reserved only electric cars.

Friendly, helpful and efficient reception. Being aware of the fact that there were rooms of various standards, my wife and I had very good level room with a park view + a balcony with table and chairs. My wife's and my own impression for this reason and many others would be rather of an establishment at the level 8.8 instead of the given average customer grade of 7,6. It was obvious that we stayed at a well established hotel with high level professional traditions. Everything worked out well with good routines. We also appreciated the varied, full breakfast as well as fine restaurant and cafeteria services. The Spa and and swimming pool services were crowned by a swim in the big "pool", i.e. the sea bay right below with 20 degrees C (68 degrees F). Although we didn't use them, there was also a variety of indoor spaces and activities.
