位置就在火車站上面，非常方便

I love the sauna in this hotel. It was Nice to have a waterboiler in room so we could make thé and coffee at evening. Bus goes often but you have to check how much you pay. I payed too much. Food was good the buffé ana breakfast was very good. Stuff was very kind and Nice.

Same good words as last time (3 years ago), actually this time even better. Dust in room was gone this time. Very clean room. Breakfast had fish and croissants. Those were the topics I raised last time. Thanks for the improvements! Overall experience with the hotel 5/5

The hotel is generally nice, and I have stayed there before, but this time the drinking glasses in the room were very dirty and clearly not cleaned after the previous customer. Also, it is strange to let cars in the carage and charge a fee for 24 hours, but still you can loose your parking spot if you leave the carage and return later only to find that there are no free spots left.

Be careful staying at the weekend! There were so many guests on Saturday that the breakfast line snaked out of the door. A half-hour wait just to get a coffee and croissant was not worth it. I spoke to the reception desk later in the day to say I missed out on breakfast and they did not care. I asked whether it would happen again on Sunday and they said “probably”. Not helpful and no other option provided. Poor service.

The hotel and the rooms are extremely nice and clean. The personnel is friendly and the breakfast was one of the best I've experienced - and I've had a LOT of hotel breakfasts. If you come by train, the hotel is conveniently located on top of the railway station.

The AC was broken, but hotel staff didin't mention anything about it when booking or check in. So we didin't even had a change to book another hotel. I would call that a scam. They sell parking ticket's, but they don't keep count how many they sell. And when you arrive from city at late with small kids, you don't have parking space, even you have already pay for it. The staff is very unkindly. Glad it wasn't our first Sokos hotel experience, so we know other Sokos hotels make you much more welcome and respected. If you have change, go some other Sokos hotel at Turku.

We got excellent service via e-mail before our stay. The hotel has a good location. It was clean and comfortable. We got friendly service at the hotel. Breakfast was good. At some point there was lots of crowd waiting for elevators or looking a table for breakfast. The night was silent. No noise from the corridor. Easy to come with train. Not so many parking places for the car.

The room was very nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Extra points for Lumene birch shower gel and shampoo, so good! A little minus for train and highway noises, not bad for someone who is used to city athmosphere though. Very friendly staff!
