Very nice place, good clean rooms very nice place all in all

Zeer goed hotel. Goed geslapen. Wel wat weinig Belgische posten op de TV. Zeer beperkt aanbod. Ter plaatse iets gegeten. Zeer lekker, doch wel vrij duur.

Très bon hôtel, grande salle de bain avec douche + bainoire, lit très confortable, chambre spacieuse et très propre. Petit déjeuner convenable mais pas assez de tables, si on est nombreux à venir manger une certaines heures, on dois attendre qu'une table se libère.. Parking de l'hôtel très petit, obliger de se garer à l'arrière, à 500m de l'hôtel. Pas tres rassurant pour notre voiture..

非常好的體驗

We was allowed in our room early. Bedroom and bathroom was clean, bath towels supplied daily. The only down side was the pillows were too soft.We would definitely go back again.

There is no whirlpool, but their website says otherwise. Hamam was not working. Beer from the tap was not cold.

The hotel was very clean, good decor and staff friendly and professional. I speak English and the staff were very good at communicating in this language. I asked for soya milk as I'm dairy free and was provided. Excellent stay.

No complaints about the room, in fact they are quite nice. well appointed and clean. Had dinner in the "Orangerie" and decided to choose a "traditional" Flemish Vol au Vent aka Chicken Fricasee with salad and fries. It tasted like cream of chicken from a can poured over a biscuit. Was salty, pasty, chewy chicken, and some little balls of something that i couldnt tell. Simply really bad. I ate about 1/3rd and was done. I asked for ketchup an mayo for the fries and got 1 packet each. I told the waiter(s) that it wasnt good and one waiter had the gall to tell me I was the FIRST EVER to say such a thing. Then when i received the bill i saw there was a 1 eu charge each for the ketchup and mayo. SERIOUSLY?? They did nothing to adjust the meal and assured me it was standard practice to charge. ( they were going to remove the ketchup and mayo but one of the waiters was so adamant about my taste and the charge I told him, no.. keep it on. For sure i will not eat here again and I can only hope that the included breakfast will be ok. again. rooms are fine, but the food, an insult to the chicken who made up the dish. To the chef.. go on line and look at some pictures and tell me that it resembles what you served.
