I just wanted to say thank you the hotel crews who had helped our vacation so meaningful. My wife was sick during the trip. She couldn’t eat solid food. Fortunately hotel personnel contacted us and offered a soup meal. We are appreciated your hospitality and customer services friendly. Food were plenty and delicious. Room was great and comfortable. I recommend to everyone who’s visiting Tuy Hòa Phú Yên should stay here in a peaceful mind

I spent one month in Vietnam. While eating lunch at Sala Grand Tuy Hoa, I met the manager, Trinh Quang Bao. He was friendly and showed us the amenities the resort had to offer. The beach had lounge chairs and a very pleasant atmosphere. We also went up to the rooftop pool for dinner and drinks. This is a lovely hotel. Great for travelers from the USA or other English speaking tourists.

Breakfast is good, new courses everyday, staffs are lovely and extensive helpful, decent price for the room and view. I love the open plan bathroom at one point my missus wants to renovate our bathroom based on their design. I would recommend people to stay here if they ever come to Phu Yen

#Location: + Right opposite the beach + Can call it is a cluster of Sala group including: a 4-star hotel, a 5-star hotel, a restaurant and a cafeteria with pool by the beach + Next to the central of the city and neighbor of the city square and parks #Facilities of 4-star Sala Tuy Hoa Beach: + a small and cozy reception area, a small restaurant for breakfast buffet, a small pool inside the garden, a 6-floor building for hotel rooms and separate quiet garden-view suites, all gathered on a yard that made the place just like home + I stayed 1 night in garden-view deluxe room and 1 night in ocean-view premium room. The rooms had different size but all were equipped with basic hotel items. The premium room included a sofa and a plant + As my feeling, the design and internal furniture of Sala hotel in Tuy Hoa and one in Da Nang were quite similar. However, a minus for Sala Tuy Hoa because there was no full length mirror in both two of my rooms #Breakfast included: + I skipped my first breakfast at Sala due to my travelling schedule, so I just had one breakfast there + The breakfast place was full of people during rush hour. Most of them were families with kids. A bit noisy for me + Not too many choices of dish, most of the dish were Vietnamese central cuisine + The taste was barely good, but I refused to finish my yogurt and caramel flan #Drinks: + We liked the coffee milk of Sala (machine-brewed one). I didn't have a chance to enjoy another drink of the cafeteria + There was always a pitcher with faucet near the pool to offer customers free drink when passing by or welcome new-coming customers. I enjoyed the lemon tea and lemonade #Sala team: + I can say that friendliness and helpfulness were the features of Sala staff + The staff members usually insisted on helping us with anything we need (e.g. early checkin, moving luggages when changing room, calling a taxi,...) #I also got a chance to see the Sala Grand next door (for business). It was really nice indeed. Will recommend both places for friends and partners.

Every thing about this hotel is perfect. The location is like I imagine heaven to be. Spacious rooms with an amazing view. The staff are all so friendly and kind. Breakfast is great. Restaurant and bar 5 star. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I feel like a princess here. My third visit to Tuy Hòa city and this is first time staying here and next time I’ll be staying longer than 5 days. My only regret is I’m not here longer

Outstanding hotel. Very nice room, well designed. Great breakfast, and most of all a delightful staff, eager to please and genuine. This place is an excellent value. Everywhere we went, hotel, restaurant, beach club, the service was amazing.
