コンフォート スイーツ タイラー サウス(Comfort Suites Tyler South)

Very disappointed that the staff did not notify me in advance that the pool was not functioning (NO HEAT). I chose the location because I put up 11 people, with 7 youngsters that were looking forward to the pool.

Room was mostly clean, with the exception of some renovations that need repair (1/2 wall missing trim). Staff was kind & attentive. Beds were comfortable

I loved the property. Nice comfortable beds and very clean, lots of restaurants and shopping places nearby, the only thing i did not like was the heater didnt work to well in my room. Also for it to have a indoor swimming pool it was freezing cold water. And it was 80° weather outside. but other than that it was a wonderful stay

I stayed for a short time but enjoyed the visit. I had to check in early and the staff accommodated me. The room was clean and comfortable. Its a fine place for a short visit with plenty of dining options nearby. I would stay again and recommend for others

The bathroom situation was terrible. The toilet was stopped up and the shower chair was weak.

The room had a dingy smell to it. There were holes in the curtains, the glass on the window was broken, there was a stain on the carpet, the bathroom was not clean at all. The food at breakfast was not very good. The “biscuits “ for the biscuits and gravy were almost frozen and not cooked. I’m not 100% sure but I don’t think there was any chlorine in the pool. We didn’t stay in the pool area long as it was warm in there and there weren’t any towels available to use. Also, the door to the pool was propped open so anyone could go in even if they weren’t a hotel guest. Not very safe if you ask me.

It was close to food places and shopping. The only drawback was the breakfast wasn’t very good.

Nice and clean. Maybe need to lower there price some. I would stay more often.

Sister and I felt very safe and welcomed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No problem with checking in and out even when asking for another day due to airline problems. Pool was clean and kids enjoyed it. Close to shopping and restaurants. We would highly recommend it for travelers and families.
