It was a pleasant stay and Sajjan chalet room was amazing experience. It was perfect room for family …. Mr Rajesh Jha is very friendly person who is restaurant’s manager and never disappoint with the services…. Mr Yogesh is also there he is very cooperative person and helping for any discomfort ….

Exhilarating experience. Starting from the location of the resort to service and rooms. We visited during monsoon and booked the Patang Cottage. Room was very nice with nice little swimming pool/open to sky bath tub. Staff is very polite and helpful. There are many selfie points or places to capture images with good backgrpund view of sajjangarh monsoon palace. There is also rooftop restaurant which gives good wibes. They also provided one time free adventure activity vouchers which included zip lining, archery and some other activities. They are arranging magic show, puppet show and folk dance (don't know if daily, but when we stayed it was there). Overall, a very good experience and thanks to the staff and management for having us.

I would like to start with thanking the hotel staff that made our stay memorable. We stayed in Sajjan Chalet which had a beautiful view of Sajjangarh palace. The night view of the Monsoon palace is wonderful. We couldn't celebrate our kids birthday as we were travelling but Ms Sakshee made it extra special for us by arranging Gala dinner. We also received a hand written note from the Manager for the occasion. Food was delicious, especially their Chef special mix vegetable. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Thank you for the memories!

Booked this property for 3 nights , everything going well but one of the Manager ( Mr. Shivam) is non cooperative person in this property. He needs to understand that he is in hospitality sector. Overall experience is good, Best place for staying, delicious food , huge variety buffet & cooperative Restaurant staff especially Mr. Yogesh.

Like every time, this time too our stay at Bamboo Sa Resort was good. Like always, the staff treated me well. Akshay manager at the reception happily gave us one of their best rooms for our fifth visit so thanks Mr Akshay. As for the food, like always the food was very good. Thank you bamboosaa team

Thanks to the chef Ramdev who made us some great, spicy dishes. Thanks also to Satyadev, Jitendra, Abhay, Pankah and Naina for their excellent table service with smiles, kindness and delicacy, everything perfect, thank you, thank you! The restaurant was very clean as the bedroom.

Ambience was good but food taste is below average and the cake was smelling.The hotel should concentrate less on renovation and more on food taste and chef. Please change the chef as soon as possible. I am from travel industry and our review will not bring any customer atleast from our side.

Absolutely fantastic experience. We were there for a wedding and the staff is at par with the best. Special mention to Rajesh and his team at the restaurant. Great location and great facilities. Surrounded by green hills, we stayed at the cottage. It even had its own plunge pool!

We had planned our daughter birthday and had booked this property sajjan Chalet Room 77 and after seeing several reviews finally booked Bamboo saa and had the best experience that we could ask for, staff specifically Mr Raghuveer and Kulwinder were so kind and took care of our every small needs we ever needed, before we ask anything they would come to us asking for options throughout our stay they made us so much comfortable never felt has we are someone from outside, Thanks a lot for Bamboo saa and team also property has a plenty of activities which never makes you feel lonely, it's so peacfull to stay , would definitely visit again if I had a chance to come to Udaipur again and will prefer this property, Pros Staff +Food+Location The best, Cons Have not faced any such as of now yes it's bit expensive but if you need the best then always a price is there to pay which I don't mind Thanks again BAMBOO SAA &TEAM

I am lucky that I have chosen this property. Property is just amazing and top of that their staff and their gusture. Food was amazing and better than many of the 5 start hotels. Restaurant manager Mr. Rajesh is so gentleman and we made all the possibility to feel us so special. Ms. Kaur and fornt desk manager Ms. Sakshi and your activity Staff. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. A special thanks to Mr. Akshay Tamboli for organising everything nicely… Beautifully decorated room with modern amenities and a stunning view of Sajjan Garh Fort and surrounding hills….The location of the resort is unbeatable… The hotel’s restaurant “Basil” was superb and its in - charge Mr. Dhananjay and interns Himanshu, Karan were very cordial… The breakfast & dinner were fantastic with a wide variety of options. The overall stay is v good and nice. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Housekeeping staff is always ready to help whenever and with whatever is required. The kitchen staff is friendly. The staff for taking you via the go carts are v helpful. And esp the reception ppl especially Harpreet was v friendly, polite and welcoming.
