While the room was barely basic and had many maintenance issues (our A/C started leaking in the middle of the night, broken lock) the staff was really friendly. They responded to our A/C issue quickly and got it fixed in some time. Even after we checked out, we were allowed to leave our luggage there and use the common areas.

I'm first time visiting Udaipur, I have checked this hotel on social media platforms (Instagram). On this hotel two types of rooms (single bed for each person and a private room,roof top also available for Udaipur hills and Pichola lake view). Dinner is also tasty (in my experience-Mushroom matar dish is very delicious), in one plate quantity 2 people will done dinner. Hotel team treated to very politely.

great infrastructure, good location too, and nice hosts. the dorms were clean and the rooftop is really nice. food is good and the head chef is accommodating.

The property is very conveniently located beside Gangaur Ghat. The market and city palace are walking distance too. The private room was clean and comfortable although the floors can be accessed only by stairs, lifts are not present. The ambience and vibe of the place is beautiful and highly recommended.

first of all the ambience is good ,rooms are fine.when we reached in night we asked for room but the person talked very rudely with us.next day in the check in time his behaviour improved. we face problems with hot water we complained but no resolution was given and we had to bathe with cold water.coming to food it was Good.overall okayish experience
