到着した瞬間から、心から歓迎されていると感じました。ホテル自体は清潔で居心地が良く、立地も完璧ですが、何よりも素晴らしいのはオーナーの優しさとホスピタリティです。オーナーは、お客様が快適に過ごせるよう、あらゆる面で尽力してくれました。心遣いのある会話のおかげで、まるでお客様というより、まるで自宅に招かれたゲストのような気分になりました。 快適さと繋がりを兼ね備えた場所をお探しなら、ここがまさにぴったりです。強くお勧めします！

ホテルはバスターミナルのすぐ隣という非常に便利な場所にあり、移動も非常にスムーズでした。部屋にヘアドライヤーと歯ブラシがなく、シャワールームのアメニティーの表示も分かりにくかったのですが、これらは些細な不便でした。部屋のレイアウト上、トイレのドアが便器に接していましたが、滞在に支障はありませんでした。オーナーはとても親切で温かく迎えてくれ、ホテルのセキュリティも非常に安心できました。

ベッドはカップルには適していません。部屋にはタオルがありません。

I arrived at the City Inn hotel at 1 p.m. on Monday 9th of February. Upon arrival the hotel manager, the owner of the hotel, rushed out to tell me that the room that I booked was not ready for service due to airconditioner mal-function. And there were no other rooms available. She put me in another hotel across from her hotel. This hotel was called Mani Residence. The room has no television set, no toilet paper, no shelf for toileteries. I had to place facial foam tube on the floor while showering. There was no shower curtain, so the water was everywhere while showering. The value that I got was lower than that I paid for. I hope something should be done about this matter.I was upset with both City Inn's arrangement and the Mani Residence.
