Hotel Maheshwari Avenue

A nightmare unlocked. We stayed at this hotel on 17 May and had a very disappointing experience. Our booking was made through a website that the hotel later informed us was not associated with them, which caused significant confusion upon arrival. We had booked two family rooms for 9 adults and 4 children. During our stay we encountered several maintenance issues, including a non-functioning flush in one room, a broken jet spray in another, and an AC unit that stopped working late at night, requiring a room change around 12:30 AM. Basic amenities such as toiletries and towels were not available when we checked in. We also experienced issues with the room cooling system, and multiple complaints were required before the AC was restored. We found the overall condition of the rooms and bathrooms below expectations, and interactions with management were not satisfactory. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property.

The hotel is silent, which is good, and it's also located very near to the temple, which is good, but the bathrooms are not that clean, and even the blankets are not that good and were dirty and also smelled smoky. The hotel is expensive, but they didn’t offer a single water bottle. We booked a triple-bed room, but the only thing that they provided us was towels—nothing else. For Rs.3500 per night, it's not worth it. And now comes the worst part: checkout time. It's 9:00 am in the morning. I mean, seriously? I'll not recommend this hotel at all.

People use Make my trip as trusted portal, assuming some on ground checks are done. Not even worth half the price I paid. Car cannot reach the property. No brooming / mopping done before giving the room. Guess entire property had no other guest apartment from us.

The best hotel in Ujjain. Rooms are spacious, washroom are clean. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Food is tasty. Hardly a minute walk to the Mahakal Temple. Best option for budget friendly stay in Ujjain

While entering, Room was smelling bad, no products as shampoo and dental kit was provided. AC remote was not given, we have told them thrice firstly they said they will provide, later they told directly u have to switch on and off, we cannot set the temprature. The room cost was very high due to which they may provide some products as shampoo and dental kit. Food was ok

Good option with clean rooms and very near to Mahakal temple. The restaurant is good and rooms are spacious enough for short stay.

Service was very poor , doesn’t have A/C remote in room, intercom was not working, bell was not working you cannot contact to front desk or room service, toilet tap was not working, bathroom was not clean. Not recommended though it is close to temple. It was not good experience to stay this hotel. Service was poor. Room intercom was not working, even bell button also not working you cannot call front desk. A/c Remote was missing even after informing not provided. Toilet was not clean, tap wasn’t working properly. Though hotel is near to temple I will not recommend to anyone.
