Very clean although very dated renovation are happening. Bathroom not very practical but would suit elderly or disabled persons. Staff very friendly. Location is perfect 2 minute walk into town and harbour and restaurants . Would definitely stay again if in area.

Not the best place to stay Less than basic

A last minute booking due to inclement weather (instead of the camping I was planning). Right from the outset, this place was welcoming and hassle-free. The lovely girl at reception made sure all was in order and that I felt welcome. Thank you for your hospitality! The only negative was the door slamming. Please, please do something about the doors on the rooms and bathroom/toilets, as they’re incredibly loud and disruptive. Apart from that, a lovely stay.

Positives: -Great proximity to the harbour, beaches and shops, and not to forget, Batesman Bay isn’t quite far from here. -The room was a lot better than expected: clean, spacious and the balcony facing the harbour was a big plus. -Access to the small pool and bbq space is definitely a plus. Things that can be improved: -Parking space. The motel guide read there was one parking space for one room, but I didn’t get any. There were two motorbikes occupying two car park spaces when they could fit in one. -WIFI was sluggish. I had to rely on my mobile data. -Aircon in the room turned on, but didn’t work. But overall, I had a pleasant experience there.

Great service from reception. The place was alright. The beds weren't that comfortable and there was no BBQ as advertised and the pool was closed. Lucky it was only one night.

Nice people just room was very very basic. Bed was hard and could feel the springs. Toilet nit so good either the place really needs an upgrade.
