Hotel Hirapanna

Staff was not supportive at all and they made their own policy regarding stay and all i would never recommend to any one who is going for this hotel

The hotel staff is not supportive and the cleanness is not that proper, have smell full room with suffocating environment

Cleaning and bathroom fan not working properly food was good service need to enhance rest was ok but

The hotel was not at all great and clean, the photos show something else and it is something else there. The staff is also really uneducated and they really don’t know how to talk

Condition of room was very bad actually, there was fungal growing in room, washroom was also not so good, ac was not working properly, and didn't provide breakfast. Room was yuck. But we have to stay there coz we checking at mid night only around 1 am, it was ridiculous experience with booking. I haven't click any photos it was live bad experience

Room size is very small, but room is clean and service is good and breakfast is best in hotel

Room is good to go. But the room services are very bad and they don't even have basic thing like toiletries, dental kit, bathroom slippers and they don't even provided first aid when i ask them to provide they denied for it and suggested me to get it on my own. I am very much disappointed with the services. First time this is such a terrible experience

Stay is good staff and food is also good but space of the room is not sufficient

Room was smelly, untidy, bedsheets & pillow cover were dirty. Washroom was very smelly & dirty. Room service was terrible. Pathetic stay, very dissapointed. I would not recommend makemytrip to anyone.
