Generally looked ok. A Bit confusing though when arriving at the hotel. The entrance is not clear because of the shops around it. The room quality was fairly ok, however management must consider changing the lace curtains in the rooms they looked filthy and also the beds must be changed i am sure they are fully depreciated. I did not have a comfortable sleep. Hotel Personnel very friendly. Please also try and use soft colours for your hotel to brighten the environment, it felt a bit haunted because of the dark colours used in most areas.

The atmosphere: service and food were excellent. The neatness of the room was really nice. I would definitely be returning to experience this.I would and have recommended this hotel to family and friends.Well done Saffron and Coastlands.

I was happy when the reservation staff was able to provide me with a room with a view. They were able to accommodate my need to check in early because we were having an event at the hotel. Nothing is better than getting up to a breathtaking view of the ocean. I was disappointed with the bathroom as the shower lacks safety handles. It was a family room so safety is of ultra importance. The shower floor tiles were smooth and slippery. The beds are comfortable and has an ironing board and iron at your disposal. There is adequate cupboard space for a family of 4. Room service was a disappointing a you pay a additional tariff for room service. It took over 45 minutes to have our food delivered on both occasions. The food arrived cold. I requested if we could checkout of the room later, the receptionist allowed us to do so. I was disappointed with the taste and quality of the breakfast. It was mediocre. The plus on the stay was that the food is Halaal, prepared in a fully Hallal kitchen and there was a Halaal Chef present. He accommodated my vegetarian dietary. needs. Also compliments to the staff from Banqueting who handled our event. They were outstanding. Hats off to Nompumelelo Mfeka, Thuthu Mbatha and Chef Precious Ngcongo for exceptional service, understanding our needs and good communication. - from Banqueting Department. We had a very good 9 days stay, I would like to single out the Housekeeping, they kept our room in tops for the whole nine days. If you are finicky about tiny details that housekeeping team has it. The Breakfast team very friendly but the host can just limit reprimanding waitresses in front of patrons

Useless hotel and i wont waste my time writing a review..lost my money so all i can sag is dont go to his hotel.you will overspend and get worse than a road lodge service.rather stay in a camp site would be better

The room we got has a stench of moisture/dirty carpet. One of the bedside tables had coffee stains. Windows also not clean. Breakfast options were boring and not much variations - same options served all weekend

Unfriendly reception on check in. When we got to the room the door was open and the door alarm came on intermittently. Reported it to the front desk three times and was told maintenance will come up but never did. We finally gave up and had to try and sleep with the alarm going off every ten minutes apart. Definitely did not enjoy my sleep there. Very unprofessional behaviour from some of their staff.
