One of the best hotels we've stayed in, with the best and most varied breakfasts, and very polite and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean. You get two bottles of water every day. It's also convenient that you can access a large shopping center from the second floor of the hotel! The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the lack of slippers and disposable dental kits. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and will definitely consider the Radisson Hotel chain in our future travels!

Beautiful hotel and great food. The bed was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. I would recommend this for business or leisure. There is a desk to do work if needed and also reception is quite quick with requests. We had made a last minute booking but they were able to assist instantly. When calling call a few times because the hotel does take a long time before answering they phone, I had to call over 4 times to get through to the hotel.

Nice location... Center of restaurants and next to brand name departmemt store. Breakfast is excellent. Highly service mind staffs.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel—it was my boyfriend’s first time visiting Durban, and this place completely blew his mind! From the moment we arrived, the incredible staff made us feel welcome, even surprising us with a free room upgrade. Our room had a breathtaking view of the ocean and the city skyline—perfect for relaxing and taking in the beauty of Durban. The location was unbeatable: just steps away from fantastic restaurants (we were spoiled for choice!), the beach, and even attached to a mall for ultimate convenience. Whether you’re looking for luxury, convenience, or just a stunning getaway, this hotel delivers on every level. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend.

What an elegant hotel. Beautiful spacious rooms, the staff is attentive and friendly. There’s a lot of restaurants around the hotel to choose from, the ocean is within a walking distance. I’ll definitely stay here next time I’m in Durban!

As far as Radisson Blu hotels go, this location was a little underwhelming. Everything was a little older and on the cheaper side in terms of finishing. Perfectly ok for a very short stay.
