Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve

It was perfect, the host ( Stefan ) was helpful and kind. I think it’s need more activity during night. We got dinner at Jamaa, if i can rate the restaurant it will 4 of 10, it’s need more options. At the end, it’s perfect place to stay. Thank you Nujuma.

The hotel is amazing and service standard is top notch. Full of options of experience and you will never feel bored. I tired all of the restaurants during my stay, and all of the food is excellent, especially the seafood dinner buffet at SITA. Highly recommend SPA as well.

Facilities and the activities were amazing. The suite was very comfortable and easy to use. The staff was very cooperative and welcoming. It would be useful to develop a community room where guests can come and socialise among each other with board games, billiards and bar. This will energise the atmosphere. One area of improvement is the food at SITA. The breakfast was excellent. However the BBQ dinner was average. It was dry and not hot. Marinade could be more interesting. It can go up few notches

It was a great experience. The villa is charming and spacious. The resort had multiple great restaurants with great menus and spectacular food, and our hosts, Yousef and Stefan, were friendly and hospitable. Definitely, we will do it again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this amazing property, everything was perfect from the check in to check out. Staff is very, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Butler service was beyond expectations. Stefan, my personal butler met every request and sometimes more than that.

We spent an amazing 4-night journey here. The property has an unbelievable location, and since it’s newly built, the facilities are all very modern. You can enjoy perfect water sports and spa experiences here, and there’s a daily stargazing activity (special thanks to Habibi for the fantastic lesson). All the restaurants are incredibly delicious, and we never got tired of the food. We were also lucky to catch the BBQ night, which was absolutely delicious. The hotel staff were all very friendly, and our personal host Stefan provided us with a lot of assistance, knowing exactly what we needed. I am very grateful to every staff member, including Haneen, Rania, Prateek, Sean, Lisa, Laura, Tousif, and many others whose names I didn’t remember. Overall, this place gave us a very unique and unforgettable experience. We got engaged here, and we’re so glad we chose Nujuma for this important moment in our lives
