We had our vacation last January 06 to 09, by mistake we booked Feb 06 to 09, I called the hotel and Usman thankfully accepted us in. We were three families Onur was very helpful to accommodate us in nearby floors. we understand we were travelling during COVID19, they were understaffed. occupancy was full during those days however service was fantastic with the price we are paying Following are few things that need to be improved: 1- Sauna timing 2- Sauna instructions in English 3- Access to elevators at Parking B1 $ B2 4- Garbage dump duct in floors 5- Remotes control for room A/C
