My stay at the Dwell property was amazing. The staff, the decor, the southern hospitality, and the ambience made it worth the stay. I really appreciate how they were very helpful and accommodating.

The check-in was quickly and efficiently executed. The front desk staff was nice and very polite. Our car was parked for us. We were given our room key while our bags were brought to our room. The room (flamingo themed) is extremely clean and beautiful. The bathroom is equipped with a tub as well as a rainfall shower. They have everything you need and will also accommodate if needed.

We loved our stay! The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was small but decorated beautifully. The street we felt was a little suspect when we came back in late at night, but besides that we had a wonderful stay!

Great Little Hotel tucked downtown- classic retro design and furniture vibe throughout the property. Cozy cocktail bar off lobby. Greeted by friendly and professional staff.

We loved the overall a**osphere at the hotel. The original wooden floors and banisters, along with the antiques and retro decor made if feel like we were stepping back in time. Our only disappoin**ent was the balcony in our room. We assumed all balconies had a view, and while some do have a view of the city, the Dandelion room has a balcony with a screen above the railing to obstruct the unattractive view of the roof next door. We should have inquired about this more directly, but we will know for next time.

Quick overnight stay in this well designed space. Rooms were spacious and bed was comfy. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The dwell hotel was a very unique place to stay, very close to everything in the city. The staff that works here is incredible!! Made the experience well worth our visit!

I stay here when ever rates are down. This place is amazing. Staff makes others A game look subpar. Convient to many places.

We were looking forward to staying at the Dwell, it was recommended in one of the articles in Southern Living. When we arrived we were greeted by a super friendly staff. We were shown to our room and that is when the excitement vanished. We wanted to take a nap before heading out, threw our bed sheets back and there was hair all over the sheet and pillows as if it was never changed from previous stay. The staff offered us a choice to have bedding changed or get a new room. We chose a new room. It wasn’t immediate but 20 min we got the new room. Room was clean. Beds and sheets are comfortable and good quality. Our room balcony faced Columbia St. Well needless to say it’s a home to a huge section 8 housing and some of the tenants love to hang out side all night and all day, with shady characters coming through every 30min, we still made it a pleasant time with some help from the bar in the lobby! The next day we find out that our A/c had stopped working and that we needed to move rooms yet again. The staff were apologetic and even offered us a discount for the ongoing inconvenience. Over all the hotel has really cool character almost like a b&b but it was sad that they didn’t offer a hot breakfast in the morning only few nat infested sconces and yogurt. Location is right downtown so walking distance from really nice restaurants.
