Arriving at Red Roof Inn on the early morning (3am), of June17th for a Father's Day weekend trip to visit my father-in-law. Upon arriving in the room, there was animal hair on the blankets, and the phone and alarm clock, in the room did work. There were not enough towels in the room for us, so we had to go down to the front desk to ask for more, which the attendant said we would have to wait for the housekeeper in the morning. Well we needed to take a shower after traveling all day, so we INSISTED on him going back to where the towels are and get us some. This happended the next night, as we thought that our room was going to be cleaned and put our towels on the floor, the next day. We stayed for 3 nights, and our room was never cleaned. We needed a plunger for the toliet on the second day, and went to the front desk twice, and they told us first it was loaned out to another guest, then they didn't have one, ask the housekeeper when we see them. My husband and I had to go across the street to McDonald's to use the restroom. I would NOT recommend this hotel, and will not return. We stayed from June 16th to June 19th, because I wanted a decent priced hotel for this quick turnaround trip, but this was my worst experience staying in a hotel, and I LOVVE staying in hotels. My advice, pay the extra money and stay somewhere else!!
