Our family stayed at this place for 2 nights. We all love this place. Rooms are clean, staffs are so friendly and helpful. it is at a very convenient location too. I would highly recommend other to come

The hotel is set up as small clusters of buildings making it feel like you are in a village. The place is charming, well maintained garden with benches to relax. The customer service is top notch. The rooms are quite comfortable. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay in Urubamba

It’s great hotel with beautiful gardens and a nice pool. Great location, easy to find and very accessible right off the main highway. Very much enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend to all travellers.

The place was very beautiful since has a lot of green area and was very confortable. We find the room clean and we are satisfied. The breakfast was quite good, even if offer a small choise of sweet dishes. However we are satisfied even if unfortunately we stayed only one night

Nice, large room, large bathtub with plenty of hot water. Easy walk into town and the excellent restaurant El Huacatay in easy walking distance. Aging buildings, but nice wood floors. Noise from upper floor for rooms on ground floor as well as road noise. Some electrical outlets were so used that plugs didn't stay in. Small grocery shops less than 100m away. Good choice for Sacred Valley. Our day trip to Machu Picchu left early, so they started breakfast earlier for us. No mini fridge

Outstanding landscape. It appeared to replicate a gated community. Breakfast was below average, and cable T.V. did not offer any English-speaking stations.

This hotel was kind enough to give us a room after the hotel selected by our tour company was closed due to Covid. We stayed at the Mabry for only one night. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The showers were hot and we had a heater in our room for the cold and rainy night. The staff was professional and helpful.The desk clerks were really helpful and spoke english. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel when we went to Machu Pichu and it was picked up and taken to Aguas Calientes for us.

This was the hotel that our tour operator had picked and they blew it. The lobby was big and the staff friendly. Our room was very big with two beds, table, and chairs. There was a closet that had a safe and place for hanging clothes. There is no a/c or heat. The bathroom was also big. The location was not good as you had to take a cab to go anywhere. We ate in their restaurant for the two nights we were there. They never opened on time for dinner or breakfast. I had ordered chicken soup and my husband ordered some kind of fish. The food took a really long time to get and it was cold. I do not believe they cook the food there even though they had a menu. At very early in the morning the dogs start barking and did not stop until late at night. The hotel is also located next to a construction site. Breakfast was fair to say the least. I would not stay here again
