I arrive late and the staff are accommodating. The staff were very helpful, good amenities, however the surroundings are construction sites. It would have been a perfect place.

Fair accommodation. Ok to stay.

Amazing location. Many restaurants near the area. It's walking distance to the train station and 15 mins by cab from the airport. The staff was incredibly nice and polite.

Overall the check-in process was smooth and efficient including the tedious task of having to show health QR codes, having pictures taken of passport with China residence visa side by side with phone showing health code, then making copies of visa page, passport page, last China entry stamp page, etc etc. In spite of the time this whole process takes the staff knew what they were supposed to do and went about the process as quickly as possible. A small welcome gift was an unexpected surprise. Special word of thanks to Ms.爱森那赫 at the reception (not sure if this is her actual name). She was the only one who spoke English and was guiding her colleagues to check us in smoothly. She also gave us a good recommendation to try local cuisine for dinner at a restaurant which was a 5 min walk from the hotel. The only confusing bit is the fact that hotel reception is located on the 3rd floor. Our Didi drivers did not know how to get us there as the drive up to the 3rd floor was through a parking lot next to the hotel. The hotel should either post clear instructions on a sign board for taxi/Didi drivers to follow or they should have someone posted at the entrance to guide vehicular traffic up through the parking lot to the lobby for check in. But all in all a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to stay here again should we plan another trip to the city.

Room was big and clean. Beds were big and comfortable. All facilities quite new. Only problem was the door of bathroom and toilet: not giving enough privacy (semi-transparent). Additionally bathroom's door was not well fixed and shower's water was leaking out into the room.

來烏魯木齊看望朋友想住離高鐵站近一點的酒店，網上查詢了半天選擇了麗斯頓國際酒店。前台漂亮的姑娘服務熱情大方，維族小夥還幫我把行李送到房間，電梯間給我介紹了酒店健身房、洗衣房、茶室等服務設施。房間很乾凈，床品也很舒服，還免費配了4瓶礦泉水和牛奶、小吃；服務很周全，還專門備了加濕器和耳塞。給我免費贈送的早餐也很不錯，品種豐富、營養搭配，很和我的口味。強烈推薦！

這家酒店地理位置好下飛機15分鐘就到了，交通方便，酒店門口就可以打車，車可以直接開到酒店三樓大唐門口，房間舒適衞生，早餐服務人員都是少數民族長得好看而且服務很熱情禮貌，早餐品類多，有新疆特此的餅乾點心，還有面，，是師傅現場下面反正很滿意這次旅程，這家酒店真的值得給大家推薦！

設施非常完善，特別讓我喜歡的是房間裏化粧鏡有燈光可以不用再補光，感覺化完粧的粧麪效果都非常乾淨。 服務很周到熱情，有問必答並且高效有速，效率非常高，還熱心的解答一些地方向導問題。前台的工作效率非常高效，給我的服務感受非常棒。 衞生乾淨整潔，在入住期間，客房大姐們也非常的負責， 客房還有小吃和牛奶，晚上睡覺之前喝可以助於睡眠，感覺這家老闆想的非常的體貼周到！

環境： 走進這家酒店，第一印象就是大氣又温馨，大堂裝飾得很有格調，燈光柔和，讓人感覺特別放鬆。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪整潔柔軟，躺在床上就像陷進了棉花堆裏，舒服極了😌。 服務： 從前台到客房，每個工作人員都面帶微笑，態度超級好。辦理入住時，前台小姐姐還貼心地介紹了周邊的美食和景點。房間裏需要什麼東西，一個電話過去，服務員很快就送來了，效率超高👍。 餐飲： 早餐選擇特別豐富，中西合璧，應有盡有。我特別鍾愛他們的自助餐，海鮮、烤肉、甜點都超新鮮美味。 衞生： 乾淨整潔，設備一應俱全。 設備齊全

最近入住的這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，就營造出一種温馨而舒適的氛圍，前台服務人員馬晶晶態度親切，幫忙拿行李，酒店還有免費的洗衣房，健身房，讓我感受到了賓至如歸的温暖。房間床鋪柔軟舒適，佈置的也讓人感到舒服，酒店的早餐非常豐富，酒店的地理位置也非常優越，出門就有好多出租車，購物也很方便樓下大廳就有一個超市，這家酒店在環境、服務、設施以及地理位置方面都很好，推薦入住這家酒店!!!

剛到這一家酒店，進入大堂熱情的工作人員 幫我拿行李 因為我的行李比較多 隨後帶我辦理入住 辦完入住帶我去坐電梯 並且告訴我5號6 號電梯是酒店專用客梯，並告訴我用早餐的時間和地點，工作人員貼心的幫我刷了電梯 。房間很乾凈 ，床躺上也很舒服 ，設施齊全，乾濕分離，還有免費的小吃，住房有24小時的停車票 雖然我這次出行沒有開車過來 。很為顧客着想 。我去洗衣房的時候路過停車場 環境打掃的很乾凈又亮堂，停車場裝的漂亮👍地理位置也非常便利，離火車站 和機場也是很近的 附近還有很多美食，超市水果店，萬達廣場也特別近走路也就8-9分鐘就到了。酒店的早餐也很棒 我早上 8點起來準備吃早餐 忘記了用餐地點，給前台工作人員詢問，很耐心的告訴我早餐地點 ，早餐種類特別多 師傅現場煮麪，早餐不錯 。我下次還會在來的 。
