新疆に出張に行ったことがあり、アトゥールのサービスが良いことは知っていましたし、体験済みですが、ここは本当に便利です チェックインの際、フロントでランドリールームに靴用洗濯機があることを注意されました。必要に応じて使用できます。たまたま汚れた白い靴を持っていたので、洗濯室で年配の女性に会いました。彼女は私がそうするのではないかと心配していました。機械の使い方が分からないので、使い方を教えてくれました。洗濯後は部屋まで届けてくれるそうです。何気なく「今日はもらえますか？」と聞いてみたところ、乾燥機能が付いているので届くまでに最大4時間かかるとのこと。驚いたことに、この靴の洗濯機は他の店では見たことがありませんが、新疆の洗濯機はますます充実しています。この店はかなりサービスが細かいと思うのですが、うっかり飲み物をベッドにこぼしてしまい、10分後に出かけると言って帰ってきたら交換してくれました。シーツが交換されただけでなく、私の汚れた服もすべて掛けられました。私にサービスを提供したスタッフの名前はわかりません。これはアトゥールのサービスだと思います。この間はお世話になりありがとうございました。

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel - location is superb. Over all Staff service are excellent. Will recommend to stay at ATOUR Hotel.

Come with family, booked 1 room for 2 nights. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast buffet. Short walk distance to MRT/Subway station. The staff are helpful and warm, they have helped to stay outside cold weather for more than 10 mins to catch taxis for us until we left. Sure will come back and stay again.

Everything is perfect. Will stay in this hotel if I go to Urumqi again.

2nd time staying at this very nice hotel with the most friendly and helpful service. Great location right besides the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and even a top supermarket in the shopping centre opposite. We were upgraded to a very large room, which was nice and everything worked perfect, as before. Breakfast buffet with a large choice was ideal for starting the day. Next time in Urumqi we will definitely book this Atour again.

This hotel is Extreme, Extreme, Extremely best with their services and staffs at front desk to even the Hotel manager. I really appreciate how they have helped us😀 as senior couple travellers to Urumqi first time. Breakfast is very good and even the simpler free supper at night was fantastic. All the staffs from laundry room to front security ladies are all excellent excellent!

The hotel's equipments are so modern but there are not so many restaurants around the hotel.

Very close to metro station. Room is clean and tidy. I stayed in a family suite, quite spacious. Staff are helpful there. Breakfast buffet offer good choices of food. I do recommend to others.

Very good location. There is a park in walking distance. And there is a huge museum inside the park. The museum is about the history of the horse in Xinjiang area and a horse show which is very good!

Very convenient location right in front of Metro Station from Airport. Many restaurants and park next door, Xinjiang Ancient Ecological Park Urumqi around the corner. The hotel serves fantastic breakfast, wonderful bathroom, fast and reliable Wi-Fi but most important very friendly and professional staff with excellent English language. Very clean and modern hotel in Urumqi.

1. Hotel is in a very good location, from DiWoPu airport, get on metro, after 9 stops, get off metro, hotel is 100 meters next to the metro station. 2. The service is awesome, the staff in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. They give very clear instructions, no matter what problems we are having. 3. The room is clean and I love the bed. It probably is the best bed I have slept on in a hotel room. It is firm yet comfortable; the pillow is very comfortable too: rarely in a hotel room, you get the memory foam pillow. I slept very well for two nights after long flights. 4. The room is not facing the street and it is very quiet at night. 5. Hotel has laundry room, there are washing machines and dryers, I did the laundry there. While waiting for the laundry to be ready, I took some tea and read a book in the library next to the laundry room, I spent a very quiet and nice afternoon there. I almost finished a book while waiting and in the end, take clean laundry back to my room. 6. We got breakfast at the hotel, and there are different kinds of Chinese breakfast selections. Dining section is clean and nice.
