The hot water in the bathroom was not hot enough on the first night but they fixed it quickly. Great service. The snack bar is convenient.

The Hyatt was a perfect option for our family while we attended a convention at the Utah Valley Convention Center. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very welcoming.

Excellent breakfast and coffee bar. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Used cleaning service once and she did excellent job. Great location for our purpose.

Our room was huge, very clean and conveniently located to our medical procedure in the morning. The only problem was parking in front of building to check in, then re-park in the parking garage behind the hotel, which costs $10 extra. The other inconvenience is that being in downtown Provo on a Thursday night, after 9:00, there was no place to eat the late dinner we needed, so we had to drive around Provo to find a fast food place that was open. The hotel restaurant had already closed for the evening. But the room was great.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Must pay for parking but it is close and cheap at $10 per day. Breakfast was passable - nothing to right home about but edible.

We traveled in for a conference. We were greeted and felt welcomed from the second we walked through that door. The staff were outstanding . The breakfast was excellent and the accommodations were top notch. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Will definitely be back.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, however the only reason I chose it over a few of the others in the area was because the website said there was a restaurant, which there was not. There was pre packaged food in plastic containers and a few fast fried options. After driving 10 hours I was anticipating being able to enjoy a halfway decent dinner so the false advertising is the main reason for the 3 star review. Also there is a very tight loading/unloading area in front of the hotel and then you have to drive to the underground parking, which is ok except the girl at the front desk told me we could bring our luggage in while we parked and then gave my daughter a hard time and acted like she didn’t know what she was talking about when she asked where she could leave our luggage. They also told me not to use one of the elevators in the parking garage or we could get stuck in it. All in all, after a long day of traveling and paying for more for a hotel with what I thought would be better accommodations I was very disappointed and would not stay there again.
