I booked promotional offer shared by hotel with comparative less tariff than normal, big rooms without AC , surrounding trees with good dining area. but rooms under offer are at last location which was not informed , dustbin broken, bathroom windows without 3 no glass, ***y small insects on bed due to jungle area so be careful, Intercom not working in all rooms so u need to go to reception for all ur says .

To start with the only good thing about this vacation was the property is nice and in a good location. The resort is totally understaffed and they really struggle to provide service to the guests. The maintenance is pathetic. People who do house keeping have no clue as to what house keeping means. Every day I had to complain about lack of one thing or the other. The extra bed that was provided was horrible and very uncomfortable and hard. Finally the food part - very very poor breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner buffet also very poor. Very few dishes and service is pathetic. It takes hours to provide you food. Very poor hygiene not enough people to serve and tables are left uncleaned after guests complete their meals. Originally planned for a 5 day stay here but had to cut short as 2 of our family members fell sick and had to be taken to hospital. We could see some more guests also falling sick. The swimming pool was poorly maintained and people were getting into the pool with their regular clothes on. The equipment in the play room were broken and the place was also used as a store room and it was untidy.
