Visited vadodara first time, and stayed here for around 10 days. I must say the location, the staff, ample parking space, good wifi speed, nice food.. almost everything was nice and good.. It is almost in the main city center, specially evening time was very good when u walk through the alkapuri area. I would give 10/10 for its location. It is one of the best area of vadodara and in the evening it looks so lively. You can commute anywhere within vadodara from here, easy to get auto, cabs etc. Overall nice experience, will surely stay again here. Thanks Best Western... Thanks Vadodara...

I had to call 4 times for things not working with in 1 hour of check in...1 tv remote not working battery need changes ... after that 2nd time tried to change channel issues with battery needed changes in the sky remote ...3rd time Fridge was making so much noise that the maintenance guy came and turn off the fridge ....4th I switched on the A/C same issue battery needed changes....very poor service ...order a cup of coffee arrived after I finished my breakfast and it was cold

This is a good hotel in a decent location slightly away from both the main RC Dutt Road and also the interconnect road. Facilities within the hotel are limited compared to some but are all the essentials, laundry restaurant and full room service. Staff are friendly and supportive and available twenty four hours a day. Rooms are clean and a decent size with good Wi-fi, working space, television and very decent en-suite facilities.

The main advantage of this is being in a prime location. It’s clean, safe and quiet. Value for money.

The staff are very friendly and cordial. They acceded my request for an early check-in. The Property seems old and maintenance is poor. The hot water is the shower is solar powered, so if its raining, you are forced to shower with cold water. The WC in my bathroom was leaking, making the bathroom wet all the time, I complained but there wasnt much they to do to fix it immediately.

This is a splendid small hotel. It is well situated and within easy walking of ***y facilities. The rooms are spacious, and housekeeping does a great job of looking after them. Some of the facilities are a little "tired" but the Staff are first rate, speak good English (as well as, I suspect, a wide variety of Indian dialects), and are friendly and supportive. This becomes a home from home for me when I am in Vadodara and, though there are better class hotels available this meets and generally exceeds all of my needs.

Stay was decent. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet option is good. For lunch and dinner there is no buffet option. You need to order from the menu.

Liked: friendly staff, the room, location near stores Disliked: staff don’t have attention to detail with requests or delivery at times, no airport shuttle, only serves breakfast at the restaurant that needs more western variety.

This is an unexpected gem. Friendly helpful staff and good rooms with all the needed facilities for a business or leisure trip. The hotel lacks overall facilities, like lounges and other resident spaces but is clean and safe and near shops.
