In a few words.. the service was superb, the food was sublime, the entertainment was outstanding. My holiday was like a beautiful dream I did not want to wake up from.... Thank you all for making my holiday amazing!!!! I will definitely go back.

The location of the hotel is in an ideal place with a beautiful view of nature and direct access to the slopes. The hotel has a wonderful wellness area, saunas, an indoor heated pool connected to an outdoor one, including a whirlpool. The hotel also offers great breakfasts, snacks during the day and multi-course dinners.

Best winter holiday hotel and resort for me - amazing hotel, facilities, food, and foremost the amazing friendly and helpful staff. The resort is perfect - a lot of slopes, loads of sun and snow generally is very good and prepared. Recommended. Been there many times now.

We have been coming to the Bärenhotel for many years. We are always pleasantly surprised by its family friendly atmosphere, the attentive staff who know what you liked last time and also the professional gastronomy. It does not matter behind you are here with children and skiing or you come for a wellness weekend with your wife. You always do well here. The rooms are cozy and quite large. The dinners resemble a small celebration. And the outdoor pool and spa with views of the whole region and mountains is charming. The ski slope is a few metres away and a golf cart will take you there.... And Kronplatz is just great for us skiing and hiking. And perhaps one last detail - you'll meet the hotel owner every day in the regular hotel hours or in the evening when he entertains guests with his accordion - you can't imagine more Tyrolean hospitality. So, up to Tirol

even though our family room was a bit small, there was enough space for a stay. otherwise everything in hotel was perfect; from delicious food and helpful / kind staff, to great shuttle to the slopes ( only 30sek away). Thank you for your hospitality. See you next winter!

The location and the hotel itself are great, but the staff and the food, that's exceptional. We felt realy welcomed and very well taken care of. The rooms are spacious, clean, in alpine style and cosy. The food is fresh, healthy and very tasty. The athmosphere is calm, friendly and cosy.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent, friendly approach of the staff, especially the host, Mr. Ladstäter, who told us a bit of the history of the vally, the hotel and the familly. Very pleassant hotel, wonderful wellness. Excellent cusine. We felt very well there. We will definitely be back again.

Do endulge in all of the little details of customer satisfaction, be it the spa on several floors, the overall hospitality home feeling away from home, rooftop drinks in the wintersun, splendidly laid-back multi-course dinners, sumptous breakfasts, the works!

We lave this hotel as a Family, skiing is fantastic, then Sauna, Pool and pleasant Dinner. The Kronplatz mountains are very popular and have good ski conditions. The owner is very pleasant, friendly and helpful event You have Kids. Thank You
