予約したが、スケジュール変更のため、泊まることができなかった。こちらのページを通して、キャンセルの申込を行ったが、却下された。 ファルケンブルフの街には行ったが、まるで絵本のような素敵な街だったので、次は泊まりに行きたい。

Not bad. The style is like “ The Student Hotel”, neat, modern and tidy. Walking distance to city center, cave and Thermae 2000.  I brought my own extra blanket as I m sensitive to coldness.

This hotel is great for people who like to cycle and see nature.

Echt een mooi hotel! Vriendelijk personeel en een hele mooie omgeving!

飯店蠻新的，適合自駕遊，離公共交通設施比較遠。房間設備簡單。停車場有點小距離，且需要額外付費。建議晚上8點以後，可以停附近的路邊停車格，不用另外付費。

改期入住多付了2百多歐，一次不愉快的經歷。房間不附四星標準，不會再有下一次。

We loved this hotel very much. It was light and modern and the town centre of Valkenburg is with 15 minutes of walking from the hotel. It is in a quiet place and had a good restaurant. There was the Roman catacombe museum 5 minutes walking from the hotel, which was absolutely worth a visit.

Just a really nice place to stay! Third time staying at Mercure Valkenburg and I will be back for a fourth in the future. Great beds, good shower and, it's worth mentioning, the airco. Normally I visit in May and you don't need airco. Now it was July and having a good airco in your room is great! Slept like a baby. Thanks again and till next time.

We enjoyed our weekend in Valkenburg at the Mercure hotel. The staff was very friendly and listened to help. We got extra pillows at request and nice clean towels the second day. The downside was that we couldnt park the car at the hotel. We had tot choose a payed parking somewhere else. I like to open a window to get some fresh air in but that wasn't possible. There was airco and that worked well so its just a personal preference. The matrass was nice and firm. The pillows a bit to soft. The shower was very nice. Breakfast was oke, not impressive. The boiled eggs where cold. But there where several choices for bread, tomatoes, cucumber, scrambled eggs, bacon and mushrooms. The upside was that the hotel was on walking distance from the centre. The atmosphere in the hotel was relaxed. Overall an okay stay.

Confortable room and bed, well equiped bathroom. Good restaurant service offering a nice breakfast also the chance to have dinner at the same hotel or a restaurant behind. The hotel is located closed to Maastrich but in a very nice and quiet area. Staff at the hotel very kind.

My son and I stayed for five nights. The hotel staff were quite superb. Nothing was too much trouble and we were delighted to have a spacious, clean room. Everything about our stay worked for us, from the buffet breakfast, through to the great access, friendly welcome and professional approach. When returning to Valkenburg, we will always stay here.
